Demolition above ground level upto floor two level including stacking of servicable materials and disposal of un-servicable materials in all leads and lifts un-reinforcement cement concrete upto 15 Cm. (Fifteen centimetre). thickness, including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Earth work in Excavation for structure in all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rocks, chiselling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D Technical specification ,2014 Clause 305.1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including setting out construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (One hundred fifty milimetres) compacted thickness including shorting , strutting , pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub-soil water )upto all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material tools ,machineary tools equipment and safety measure necessary to complete the work within all leads and lifts any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall the absolute responsibility of the Contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him. .The rate includes octroi, royality Malkana toll tax,Goods and service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royality or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not enterain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations for all type of structure complete plain cement concrete nominal mix1:4:8 (one cement :four sand : eight graded /crushed stone aggregate 40mm(forty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete including cost of form work. for plain /reinforced concrete in retaining wall //breast wall as per drawing and MORD technical specification 2014 clauses 802,803,1202, and 1203..including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals including soring and shuttering and curing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing concrete for plain /reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D technical specifications Clauses 802 ,803,1202 and 1203 , P.C.C grade M-20 design mix stone aggregate) with minimum cement contents should not be less than 250 Kg.(Two hundred fifty kilogramme). per cubic metre.including carriage of materials, within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkhana toll tax, Goods Service Tax,building and other construction worker, welfare cess royality or any other tax levy or cess in respect of imput for on output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT bar reinforcement in (Fe-500)Sub--Structure complete as per drawings and Technical Specifications Clause 1002,1005,1010 and 1202 cutting bending binding and placing in position complete,including cost of binding wire including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental.The rate includes octroi, royality Malkana toll tax,Goods and service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royality or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not enterain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4mm (Four milimetre) dia G.I wire conforming to I.S. 280 and I.S. 4826 in 100mmx100mm (One hundred millimetres into one hundred millimetres) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 (Ten ) percent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighting not less than 25kg.(Twenty five kilogram) each as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1301 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental.The rate includes octroi, royality Malkana toll tax,Goods and service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royality or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not enterain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing weepholes in brick masonary/stone masonary/plain reinforced concrete abutment wing wall, return wall with 100mm (hundred millimetre ) dia PVC pipes extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1 (v): 20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7.including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes octroi, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
