Repairs to 100KVA HT/LT Transformer with respect following works (33/0.44 KV) Disconnecting from active (33/0.44 KV) circuit, transportation of damaged transformers from lift irrigation scheme to contractors workshop, loading / unloading of damaged transformers at respective locations, arranging for inspections, opening bolt-nuts of top cover, opening of the top plate, assessment of repairs, disconnecting of leads/connections, cleaning all healthy parts, removal of core yoke and windings and re-assembling of the dismantled materials and metal parts and positioning the core back after repairs, winding and complete electrical connections, bolting up . Testing on no load and full load at testing bay of workshop, loading of repaired transformer from workshop, transportation and unloading at installation site, connecting to 33000 HT circuit, testing on no load and then on full load.

Manufacturing/ Providing / Fitting of 33 KVA HT coils manufactured out of super enameled Copper wire of standard guage and size. weight of each coil is approx. 3kg (Total coils 06 No’s)

Providing / Fitting of Insulating materials such as Press Board, Cotton Tape, Kraft Paper

Providing / Fitting of SRBP Tube

Providing and filling of fresh T. oil of standard grade.

Filtration of old existing transformer oil for removing moisture and carbon content to achieve the BDV value of oil and dehydrating of old coils along with cradle in oven/heating room to remove moisture.

Providing and fitting of L.T bush rods of required size heavy duty after removing and extraction of old damaged ones. The job includes connecting with connections and taping complete.

Providing and fitting of 33kVA drop out fuse set polymer type heavy duty complete with all nut bolts and welding of existing channels wherever necessary after removing and extraction of old damaged drop out.

80 % Cost of scrap windings (copper) to be retained by the contracting agency.as per actual weight of scrap.
