Name of Work : Providing Housekeeping services and Manpower to sweep, wash / wipe all

floors, Terace of Jalbhavan & to Clean all Floors toilets daily., Outside premises

of Jalbhavan, Parking area, Drivers Room, Store room For Two Year Jalbhavan

Taluka : Surat City, Dist. Surat.

Schedule showing the approximate quantities of materials to be supplied by the Gujarat

Water Supply & Sewerage Board for the work to be executed on contract and the rates at which they

are to be charged.

1 The Contractor while submitting the tender shall see that the rates in schedule-'A' are filled

in by the Engineer-in-charge at the time of issue of tender.

2 The Contractor shall provide his own arrangement at his own cost for loading, unloading and

transporting safely to the site of work for the materials stipulated in Schedule-'A'.

3 All materials required for the item other than labour items mentioned in Schedule 'B' and

materials not included in Schedule-'A' but available with the department will be issued on

request to the Contractor for the use on this contract only at prevailling market rates or

department issue rate whichever is higher.

4 All the Surplus materials supplied by the department as mentioned in Schedule-'A' shall be

handed over by the Contractor in good and original Condition at the GWSSB store as

directed free of cost immediately on completion of work failing which recovery shall be

made at double the issue rate or market rate whichever is higher.
