Taking out unserviceable fan blade from outdoor unit of ductable AC unit, supply and fix new fan blade suitable for & upto 8.5 TR AC unit, checking, correcting alignment of fan motor, tightening of loose nuts, bolts, etc., testing and commissioning all as specified and directed. [Make :- Carrier/Voltas/Blue star]

Supply and charging of R-22 gas all as directed [Make:- Refron 22/Floron 22/Mafron 22]

Material and labour for taking out the following defective pressure cut-outs of any range and model and supply & fix new pressure cut-outs, connecting the pressure lines/control wiring, leak testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed Make:-Indofoss/Danfoss/Ranco

M&L for painting of outer surface of multiple section of complete LT Panel board size up to 5.5 m x 3.2 in one substation comprising ACBs/MCCBs/SDFs, busbar chamber, switch gear chamber, metering chamber cable termination/tray using one coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of surface, providing protection cover to all metering equipment, panel meters, switchgears, cleaning of all meters and switch gears all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete checking, servicing / rectification of electrical circuits for all units and control wiring showing phase sequence with proper lugging of AC plant control panel including replacement of fused indication lamps with new ones, cleaning of all power contacts, rectification of minor defects in Ammeters and Voltmeters, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed. [Note :- Material such as indication lamp, ammeter, voltmeter shall be measured and paid separately.]

Material and labour for de-scaling the condensers of 5.0 to 7.5 TR package AC units by using HCL acid agent with continuous circulation method using circulation pump, finally neutralizing with fresh water, opening both ends covers of shell and tube condenser, cleaning of copper tubes manually by using nylon brushes, re-fixing the end cover with new ‘Neoprene make’ rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts etc., and commissioning after conducting performance test of the system all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repairs pilot solenoid valve to the refrigerant system, reconnecting the refrigeration piping including leak testing, brazing to the pipe line, necessary copper tubing etc wherever required all as directed Make :- Sporlon/Donfos

Material and labour for taking out compressor, evaporator coils and blower with motor from corroded / unserviceable MS Sheet enclosure of Package AC unit 5.0 / 7.5 TR by disconnecting all electrical connection refrigerant lines condenser water pipe lines and re-install the compressor, condenser, evaporator coil and blower with motor in newly fabricated MS Sheet enclosure of package unit and AC unit cleaning of body, air filters and cooling coils by air blow with electric air blower and with water jet, drying up the AHU and connecting all electrical, refrigerant and condenser, water pipe lines, and pressure testing with nitrogen gas under constant pressure of 250 PSI for 24 hours, vaccumization, performance test and commissioning and charging the gas to unit , refixing and alignment of the blower and shaft, greasing the pedastal bearings, adjustment of 'V' belts tension including replacement of trunking canvas with zip, refixing the belt guards in position all as specified and directed. [Note : Replacement of MS sheet enclosure shall be measured and paid for separately].

Material and labour for taking out unserviceable condensor from ducatble type unit 7.5 TR capacity by disconnecting all electrical connection refrigerant lines condenser water pipe lines and supply & fixing new condensor aircooled type and making all connections, electrical, refrigerant and condenser, water pipe lines, and pressure testing with nitrogen gas under constant pressure of 250 PSI for 24 hours, vaccumization, performance test and commissioning and charging the gas to unit making alignment all as specified and directed. Make : Voltas/Carrier

Material and labour for taking out unserviceable condensor from package type unit 5.0 TR capacity by disconnecting all electrical connection refrigerant lines condenser water pipe lines and supply & fixing new condensor Shell and tube type having Shell size pressure 21 Kg/sq cm and tube side 7 kg/ sq cm and making all connections, electrical, refrigerant and condenser, water pipe lines, and pressure testing with nitrogen gas under constant pressure of 250 PSI for 24 hours, vaccumization, performance test and commissioning and charging the gas to unit making alignment all as specified and directed. Make : Voltas/Carrier

All as per item No. 11.00 above but for 7.5 ton capacity.

Supply , fabricate and instalation of MS sheet enclosure made out of 2 mm gauge MS sheet suitable for accommodating 5.0 / 7.5 TR capacity of ductable AC outdoor unit including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer and taking out corroded MS Sheet enclosure all as specified and diricted. Note :- 1. Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for providing ISMC & angle iron of size as existing for mounting the enclosure embedded in and including necessary brick work duly plastered and finished all as directed. 2. Electrical connection, refrigerant lines compressor, blower, condenser, water pipe lines and gas charging will be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fix discharge valve suitable for 5.0 TR / 7.5 TR package units, pressure testing with nitrogen gas under constant pressure of 250 for minimum 24 hours vaccumisation, performance testing and commissioning including taking out old unserviceable discharge valves all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC mesh Air filters with MS frame suitable for 5.0 to 7.5 TR package AC plants including taking out old unserviceable filter all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking out unserviceable filter drier from package type AC unit 5.0 TR /7.5 TR and fixing the same all as specified and directed. Make:- Sporlon/Danfoss

M&L for repairs/maintenance of 5.0 to 7.5 TR package units by leak testing with N-2 gas under constant Pressure of 250 PSI (17 kg/cm2) after complete transfer of refrigerant gas from the entire system, rectification of leakage by cutting and brazing the refrigeration system wherever required, replacement Of “O” rings, teflon washers of valves, copper tubing, safety valves, flare nuts etc., neutralising after the Pressure holds, good for atleast 24 hours, vaccumization, charging the system with refrigerant Gas, performance test and commissioning all as specified and directed. Note : Referigerant gas shall be measured as supply only.

Material and labour for cleaning of evaporator coil with caustic soda neutralising with fresh water blowing with electric blower for package type AC unit and replacement of canvas cloth with Zip arrangement for jointing the duct as required at site, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking out unserviceable thermostatic type expansion valve supply and fix thermostatic type expansion valve suitable for 7.5 ton package unit with necessary modification to refrigerant copper pipe line with silver brazing replacement of shut off valves flushing out the system pressure testing with nitrogen gas under constant pressure of 250 PSI at least 24 Hours vaccumization performance testing and commissioning and charging the gas to unit all as specified and directed. Material and labour for monthly cleaning of entire package AC plant substation buildings inside wall, ceiling, floor and outside wall, plinth protection with suitable brush/broom/wiper, removing wild vegitation around substation building complete all as sjpecified and directed.

Supply and fix rubber insulating mat in front of LT panel board of size 2 mm thick, 1 m width up tp 3.3 KV, make RPG or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fix indication lamps (LED type) red, yellow and blue in colours of 22.5 mm dia to monitor on LT panel board suitable for 240 V AC supply and taking down unserviceable indication lamps all as specified and directed. [Make:-Siemens/C&S/schneider/ABB]

Material and labour for cleaning of air duct of any size as per plant ducts length including ducts filter and repairing/replacement / tighting existing sizes nuts, bolts, packing material etc., by brush, cleaning agents complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of air defuser and repairing/ replacement / tighting existing sizes nuts, bolts, packing material etc., by using brush, cleaning agents complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairs and overhauling of blower motor of ductable AC plant upto 1.5HP capacity by disconnecting and taking out from the bed, replacement of worn out bush/ball bearing, lugs, studs, bolts etc., re-installing in it's original position including painting the motor body with one coat of synthetic enamel paint, connecting up, testing all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for disconnecting, taking out the blower motor of ductable AC plant upto 1.5 HP capacity from the bed, tranportation to workshop and removing the existing winding and rewinding with new super enameled copper wire of same gauge and same number of turns after thorough cleaning of stator body and rotor applying insulating varnish, drying up by heating for improving ohmic valve, reassembling the motor by replacement of both end bearings, including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint, reinstalling on its original position connecting up, testing all as specified and directed.

S & F new PCB of existing make and model in 7.5 / 8.5TR ductable AC and connecting up complete including taking down old unserviceable one and all as specified and directed.
