fabrication Supply and erection of Tubulor type U shape Structure with Installation of High intensity Retro reflective sign boards to be made cof 2mm thick aluminium sheet of size 8.80*1.40 mtr on both sides fully covered with High intensity head activated encapsulated lens type Retro reflective as per MORTH specification 802.3.2.1 with subject matter in high intensity grade (microsporesmated) sheeting white colour. The Retro reflective sheeting should be adhered based sub state through heat lamp vacuum application process . The structure duly painted and erected at site including earthwork in excavation and should be embeded in a pit of size 1.20*1.20*1.80 mtrs with cement concrete 1:2:4(1 cement:2sand:4graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size). The erection of sign boards as per direction of the Engineer -in -Charge completed in all respect of as per MORTH specification .
