Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 02 No. Multistage Vertical Open-Well Submersible Pump (01 running + 01 standby) with SS Impeller, SS stage casing, CI suction casing, mechanical Seal, bearing lubrication oil, coupled to energy efficient squirrel cage induction Motor resting. The motor shall be suitable for three phase 415 V ± 10%, 50 Hz supply. The job includes installation of the pump set at floor level of the Dug-well/ sump by way of suspending it from hoist platform on 02 No. High class steel wire rope (fastened either side of pump set) to support the live load of the pump and accessories. The pump shall be fitted with delivery pipe up to top of the well of MS make, 78 mm dia. with 01 No. Cast Iron NRV, 01 No. Cast Iron sluice valve, 01 No. Long radius bend, common pressure header of nominal dia. 78 mm with Flanges confirming to IS:3589-2001 GR:330 ERW C.S Steel Tube, Cork sheet Gaskets, Nuts Bolts with washers. The size of the NRVs, Sluice Valves and suction pipe shall be in accordance with the size of the pump i,e (Delivery). Capacity of Pump(min) = 28m3/Hr Total Dynamic Head = 43 mtr Speed =2900 RPM Efficiency ≥ 70% Driving Motor Rating at 415V ± 10%,50Hz = 8 HP Speed =2900 RPM Insulation = F-class

Star Delta Type Control Panel Design, fabrication, assembling, wiring, Installation testing and commissioning of fixed type, floor mounted, cubical design motor control centre suitable for 8 HP pumping set having Incoming MCB (ISI marked) of minimum 15 Amps manually operated with adequate space below for easy connection & operation. One number Volt meter, one number Ampere meter of suitable range shall be installed inside the panel. For phase indication, indication lamps, one number for each phase, of reputed make shall be provided. Control panels shall be equipped with three ISI marked Contactors, unit one for line, second for the Star connection and the third for the Delta connection, marked Thermal Over load Relay and Type Tested Single Phase Preventing Preventer. Delta connection shall be achieved by preset timer relay transmission period adjustable by suitable timer. ISI marked Contactor rating of main and delta contactor shall be of minimum 15 Amps. ISI marked Thermal Over Load Relay of 16 Amps and Type Tested Current sensing type Single Phasing Preventer of suitable rating.
