Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removing of debris out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed

M&L 75mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base under floor/path all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B0 (12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring, surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic tiles joint/joint free in any colour/shade/pattern/design of size 350x 250x 7 / 450X 350X 7mm thick, as in vertical surfaces such as in skirting and dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 10mm thick back coat in CM (1:3) incl re-fixing of electrical boards/points complete all as specified and directed.

M&L double charged vitrified ceramic tiles light/dark shade 9 to 10 mm thick( square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n.exc. 0.36 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 07 above but in vertical surface (dado/skirting) to match the sahde of floor tiles laid over and including 10mm thick back coat in CM (1:4),complete all as specified and directed.

M& L 80mm thickness M-40 Grade Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, jointed and pointed with grey cement and pigment over sand cushioing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Sand for cushioning shall be measured and paid for seperately.

M&L sand filling under floors or complete all as specified and directed.
