NOTE: Taking out existing defective major spare parts and fixing new spare parts on fans will be measured and paid separately under ser item No. 2 to 5 here-in-after. The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for all other minor parts which are essential for smooth functioning of fan i.e. greasing, oiling, split pin, rubber real, PVC canopy, rubber bush, hanging clamp etc. shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. | 210 | Each Job | - | - |
