Demlition of brick or stone boulders masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortor including all quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone works and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work withsub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of concrete/brick sufaces finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling of concrete/brick sufaces finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of walls plastered or un -plastered by brooming down with steel or wire brush and scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots, washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surface and removing all vegetation growth, nails and making good holes, crackes etc complete by 1 mm thick putty in two coats and making the surface smooth by rubing with sand papers etc. and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on old prepared surfeaces of walls complete all as specified.

M& L for preparing surfaces, plastered or unplastered new surfaces on walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, over and inluding one coat of primer, over and including applying 1mm thick wall putty in two coats complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets any thickness including grid work/ aluminium frame work, cover fillets complete all as specified.

M&L for Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling of grid size 605mm x 605mm. Aluminium sections incorporated in frame work shall conform to IS 733, IS 737 and IS 1285. Snap grid frame work consist of anodized aluminium main/cross tee shall be fixed to ceiling with supporting hanger consisting of 6mm dia mild steel rod, J bolts with necessary bolts, nuts and washers all as per manufacturer’s instruction or directed by engineer in charge. The main and cross tees shall be jointed at junction/crossings with anodized aluminium angle bracket of size15mm x 15mm x 1.5mm, weighing 0.12 Kg per running metre, fixed with suitable mild steel, bolts nuts and washers, all as per manufacturer’s instructions or directed by engineer in charge. The snap grid (main/cross tee section) shall be supported at ends all along the wall with anodized aluminium angle of size 40mm x 25mm x 2mm, weighing 0.36 Kg per running metre, complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. Note:- PVC protected sheeting shall be used to avoid scratches, damage to the framework while fixing to ceiling

S&F 12 mm thick Seamless calcium silicate ceiling 8 mm thick made out of 600x600 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre, including finshing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish complete all as specified and directed . Note : Frame Work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately

S&F anodised aluminium frame work for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified.

S&F anodised aluminium window and vantilators shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing not less than 0.55 Kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing anodised aluminim snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No), hinges type B-21 100mm long (02 No), suitable handle(01 No) for each shutter, complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frame of any description exc 1.5 Sqm each and n. exc. 4 Sqm ( without taking off shutters from the frame ) and removing off the premises complete all as specified.

S&F solar heat control film 25 micron reflective type sicked to glass panes as per manufacturere's instuctions complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

M&L for 5.5mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality in panes exc. 0.50 Sqm each, fixed with and including rubber gasket in aluminium frame work complete all as specified.

M& L preparing surfaces , plastered or unplastered new surfaces on ceiling and two coats of distemered oil emulsion after applying 1mm thick wall putty in two coats and one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick surfaces, mixed with water proofing compound (WPC) (as per manufacturer's instructions), finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC measured and paid seperately

M& L preparing surfaces, plastered or unplastered new surfaces on walls and applying two coats of cement based paint and one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (WPC) ISI Marked ( Used 200ml per cement bag) complete all as specified.

M&L for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32x6 mm, (main earthing lead ) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) connected to earthing point and testing on completion with and including GI pipe 40 mm bore (upto 7.5 metre beyond outer edge of earth pit) PCC pit in mix 1:3:6 type C1 with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 40 mm thick cover reinforced with 6 mm dia M.S bars 3 nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 6 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20 mm bore light grade G.I. watering pipe, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including removing cable protection covers/ bricks & stacking serviceable bricks for reuse and disposal of unserviceable covers within 50 m all as directed. Note : (i) Excavation shall be made carefully in order to avoid damage of existing cables and brick protection. (ii) The excavation work may be carried out in short lengths for locating fault in under ground cables at different locations

M&L for Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of 25 cm thick after the cables etc. are laid, jointed and tested complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Removal of surplus excavated soils not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete, all as specified.

Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches/ducts for cable protection complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for old size sub class `B` bricks, kiln burnt, as in cable protection laid flat with axis of brick perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, connecting & testing of galvanised iron water tubing 25 mm bore 'light grade' conforming to IS-1239 light grade as in sleeving etc laid in trenches / ducts/road / Nala etc. complete, all as specified and directed .
