Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11kV 630 Amps 21KA for 3 Sec. SF6 insulated, One side extensible, outdoor duty 5 way Ring main unit, manual operated, in combination of 2 nos. VCB modules (As a incomer) & 3 nos. VCB modules( As a outgoing), consisting of copper busbar in SF6 insulated 304 (Non-Ferrite Non-Magnetic Grade) stainless steel enclosure of thickness 2.5mm with manometer fixed on the tank. Both the incomer should be interlocked with each other. The Breaker shall have mechanical ON /OFF indicator with hand trip device and spring charging, spring release coil, auxiliary switch of 2 NO +2NC. The HV switchgear and control gear should be confirming to IEC-62271-100, IEC-62271-200-2003 & IEC-60694-1996. The RMU gas tank should be internal arc tested for 21KA for 1Second with IAC-AFL classification for gas tank. The complete RMU and cable chamber should be covered by a single door to have ingress protection of minimum IP54. The RMU design should support site replaceable HT cable bushing and Vaccum intrrupter of VCB should be RMU Manufacturer’s own make.

RMU Should have followings: Microprocessor based Self powered numerical relay with over Current/ earth fault & short circuit protection with each VCB feeder. -01 Nos

Protection CT shall be of Burden 2.5VA, ratio 200-100/5-5A, Class of Accuracy class 5P10 for O/C and E/F protection for each VCB - 03- Nos.

Manometer for each tank - 01 No.

Voltage passage indicator for each feeder.- 01 nos.

Fault Passage indicator for each LBS module. - 01 nos.

Right angle boots for all the feeder Modules

Basic insulation level of complete system shall be 28KV(RMS)/75KV(Peak)

Supply and laying & testing cable XLPE installed screened PVC bedded, galvenised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 11000 Voltts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sqmm 3 core laid in trenches/ducts /encased in GI pipe /fixed to pole all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables, erection of poles, struts/stays, leveling of yard etc not exceeding 10 M² on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m in depth upto 3.0 m for erection of poles, struts/stays, leveling of yard etc not exceeding 10 M² on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Material and labour for river sand cushioning to underground cable screened un-washed river sand and punning for cushioning to cable all as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with pick size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm and abutting each other with gap between adjacent precast concrete cable cover not exceeding 10 mm over underground cables for protection

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil.

Removing of excavated soil not exc. 50 M and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 M above the starting points all as directed by EIC.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11KV grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor of size 95 Sqmm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11KV grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor of size 95 Sqmm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 3 core 95 Sqmm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrodes 600mmx600mmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth (earth pit not less 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earthing strip 32mm x6mm thick by means of bolt nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified & shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR part-I 2009 connected to earth test point as specified and testing on completion including provision of 40 mm dia light grade pipe up to 7.5 mtr length as protection & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade including all excavation & earth work in any type of strata incl PCC pit (1:3:6) type C-1 with RCC cover including charcoal , salt, funnel, all as directed at site. Note : Rate included for dismantling of old earth pit and removal from site.

Supply and fix Prestressed concrete poles of 11 meter long having 152 mm x 152 mm at top and 152 mm x 260 mm at bottom ,including foundation and coping.

Material and labour for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for pedestal of poles/copping /foundation of RMU including necessary frame work, fair finishing to exposed surfaces using extra cement complete form, all as directed by EIC.

Material and labour Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of RMU, pole /struts/stay assembly etc complete all as directed by EIC .

M&L for Auguring/ Driling /Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology by mannual /machine, including fixing of HDPE pipe of 100 mm bore dia complete all as specified and directd by EIC.

Supply and fix HT 11 KV out door type gang operated air-break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting rotating type complete with 9 insulators of rating upto 200 Amps

Dismantling of PCC poles of any size all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling of GOD structure of any capacity all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling cross arms of MS channels or angle sections etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for GI tubing medium grade (ISI marked) with all fitting/accessories for protection of cable on pole/wall including claps, nut bolt etc all as specified and directed of size 100 mm.

Supply and fix in replacement of gap less metal oxide type Lightning Arrestor (LA), 9.0 KV grade discharge current 65 KA, distibution class conforming to IS-3070 including taking out old U/S LA assembely complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for steel structure, cross arms bracing supports ,clamps, back plates of any type, section incl. nuts, bolts, washers, welding ,bending cold or hot in any size and shape all as directed Including two coats of aluminium paints over a coat of red oxide primer incl preparation of surface all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32x6mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep in any type of soil and site clearance in soft and loose soil all as directed by EIC.

M&L for PCC Foundation, Covering CGI Shed, chainling Fencing 2.5 sqmm PVC Insulated for RMU as specified and directed Engr-In -Charge.
