REPAIR TO CERTAIN CRANES INSTALLED AT SPINDER III AND LOAD TESTING ALONGWITH SERVICING OF SPINDER-1 AND DB-8 AT AIR FORCE STATION PATHANKOT

1 Repair, Maint and making the fully functioning of crane of capacity given below, after checking long travel motion , hoisting motion (electricallay and mechanically) in presence of user rep and MES rep & rectify and type of defects immediately when found including servicing, greasing, oiling & carrying out routine maintenance as directed by Engineer –in charge (Note : 1 any accessories found unserviceable that shall be replaced under respective items (ii) Labour for lowering, mounting arrangement such as ladder, pully block, rope system and other connected mechanism shall be contractor arrangement and rate are deem to including in this Job No extra payment will be made to the contract against lowering / lifting the spare etc at a height pf 20’ to 40’ (a) Servicing and load testing of EOT crane of capaicity 03 Ton 3 Each Job 2. M/L of EOT crane by replacing the wheel assy 1 Each Job 3 Electro hydraulic operated brake suitable long travel motion of EOT Crane of capacity 03 Ton. 2 Each Job 4 M/L for replacement of drive assembly of EOT crane suitable for capacity 3 Tone 1 Each Job 5 M/L gear oil suitable for EOT crane up to 03 Ton cap as per manufacture recommendation or directed by Engr-in-Charge. 80 Ltrs 6 M/L grease (Industrial grade) suitable for EOT crane up to 03 Ton cap as per manufacture recommendation of directed by Engr-in-charge. 5 Kg 7 M/L of 12 mm steel wire rope for bearing capacity of 03 Ton EOT crane 48 RM 8 S/F limit switch suitable for crame 03 ton EOT crane 1 No 9 S/F contractors suitable for EOT Crane 2 Nos 10 S/F Relays suitable for EOT Crane. 2 Nos
