M&L for repair to damaged broken edged of existing cement concrete slabs of taxi track by cutting to a depth 10 to 50 mm, cleaning the surface and removal of loose particle, dust by air blowers, disposal of rubish to a distance exceeding 50m but n.exc 100m and applying evenly a coat of epoxy rich primer with sealer and filling in with Epoxy resin compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to cracks of existing bituminous surfaces of taxi tracks by cutting to a width of 10 to 25mm and 30 to 50mm deep by mechanical cutters, etc. cleaning with air compressor to remove all loose particle, dust, etc. and filling with epoxy tar compound as per manufacturer's instructions and disposing all rubbish/ refuse to a distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 100m complete and all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out of old sealing compound grade 'B', with rakers. and cleaning, removing dirt / loose foreign materials, etc. with compressor air blower from any type of joints and of any thickness and any depth of taxi tracks and runways with a raker, coir brush, etc. and filling joint with polyurethane joint sealant compound using mechanical means to a depth of 10mm (depth minimum above back up rod) including two coats of primer and providing approved quality closed cell polythene backup rod of dia 25% more than the width of joint placed over existing joint filler board in position, applying making tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental slippage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied as required, etc. complete all as specified and as directed for the following widths of joints:- Notes: (i) Minimum Movement Accommodation Factor (MAF) shall be +30% conforming to the requirments as stipulated in BS:5212, BS-4254 and EN-141875-2003. (ii) Hydrolysis / water resistence test shall be catered as per relevant IS. (iii) Joints dismantled, cleaned and filled as above shall bear a performance guarantee of minimum 10years from the date of completion. The Contractor has to submit the said guarantee on Rs. 100 non-judicial stamp paper to the AO. (iv) An amount @10% of the cost of joint filling shall be retained from the final bill till completion of above guarantee period. The Contractor may submit FDR of equal amounts in favour of the AO for the purpose.

Notes for srl item No. 3.00 contd.. (v) Filling work shall be done as per manufacturer's instructions and as specified and directed. (v) All rubbish / retrieved materials shall be disposed off to a distance exceeding 100m but not exceeding 500m including necessary cartage, etc. as required as directed

Joints upto 12mm in width complete all as specified and directed.

Joints exceeding 12mm but not exceeding 25mm in width complete all as specified and directed.

Joints exceeding 25mm but not exceeding 35mm in width complete all as specified and directed.

Joints exceeding 35mm but not exceeding 45mm in width complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair and fixing 50mm thick Mastic Asphalt Course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirement given in table 500-29 prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen prelocated fine grained hard stone chipping of 13.2mm nominal size @ of 0.005cum per 10sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10cm centre to centre in both directions, pressed into surface when the temprature of surface is not less than 100 cº, protruding 1mm to 4mm over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 515.(MORTH 5.14)

M&L for forming construction joint upto 100mm depth of concrete slab x10mm wide using diamond cutter and filled with poly sulphide or polyurathene joint sealent compound using mechanical means top depth of 10mm (depth minimum above backup rod) i.e closed cell polyethylene to ensure tight packing so that no gaps or void exist at the top of backup material separated by bond breaker tape over suitable size in position where repaired and as per manufactrer instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Enginner-In-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates, FOD trap but excluding framed trusses complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills , grating etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes , framed guard bars, barred iron doors , ladders, drain cover, balusters ; walk ways ; railings , frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L prepration of new steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in CM or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class `B` bricks old size in CM 1:6 straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radious complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surface & finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) as in coping, kerbs, benching and bed block etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced concrete of any description and in any postion not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing precast RCC 1:2:4, type A-1, (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) as in cover slab for man holes, drains , soak well and similar articles etc, set in CM 1:4 with plain faces including chamfered weathering throating etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel deformed bars or TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 20.00 here-in-above but 6 to 8mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & fair complete all as speicifed and directed.
