Supply & Fixing of PVC casing and capping confirms to IS 14927 of size upto (50 mm x20 mm)

Supply of (50 mm x20 mm) sizes of PVC, Fire retardant, casing and capping confirms to IS 14927, ISI marked

Fixing of PVC, casing and capping confirms to IS 14927 of size upto (50 mm x20 mm). Supply of casing caping covered in other item or in scope of dept.

Wiring for Light/ power plug/ circuit wiring/ sub main wiring with PVC insulated copper wire in 1" conduit/ casing capping as reqd. upto 3 × 4 mm²(phase, neutral and earth). Wire will be supplied by dept.

Supply and fixing of 1.2 mm thick recess mounted GI box of following size with suitable size phenolic laminated cover (3mm thick white in colour) in the front, earthing terminal etc,

Supply of GI box 8" × 6" × 2 ½" OR 6" × 4" × 2 ½" deep (nominal size) as per requirement

Supply of GI box 4" × 4" × 2 ½" deep (nominal size)

Fixing the GI box upto size of 8" × 6" × 2 ½"deep (nominal size) in recess in side wall and making the wall as good as before.

Fixing the GI box of 4" × 4" × 2 ½" deep (nominal size) in recess in side wall and making the wall as good as before.

Supply of 4ft X 2ft size with suitable size phenolic laminated sheet (3mm thick white in colour) in the front.

Supply and Fixing of switch, socket, Ceiling rose etc.on phenolic /bakelite cover by cutting proper size and making proper electrical connection in switchboard and in circuit.

Supply of 6 A Ceiling rose(3 point) made from poly carbonate material. 230 V AC, ISI marked, Color:White

Supply of 16A & 6A, 230 V, 5 Pin, Plug Socket made from poly carbonate material, ISI marked, confirming to IS:1293, Color:White

Fixing of switch, socket, Ceiling rose, buzzer, fan regulator, lamp holder on phenolic / bakelite cover by cutting proper size and making proper electrical connection in switchboard and in circuit. Supply of abovematerial covered in other item or in scope of dept.

Dismantling of wires, batten, old JB and all electrical fittings in HWP D type quarters(One quarter will be considered as one set). The removed material shall be deposited back to the site store.

Fixing of batten LED luminaire on round block ( round block will be supplied by contractor) fixed on wall/ ceiling and connection of luminaire (LED Luminaire will be supplied by dept.)

Installation and termination(in recess mount) of powder coated 20A plug and socket DBs with metal clad Plug top & socket with Single Pole, C20A MCB.(20A plug and socket DB, metal clad plug top and socket, MCB will be supplied by department)

Installation of exhaust fan on anchor bolts including necessary electrical connection in the ceiling rose. (Supply of Exhaust Fan is in department's scope)

Providing and fixing of 15mm dia nominal bore Brass stop cock (medium quality) of ISI marked and minimum weight 400gm with necessary fittings.

Supply and fixing of flexible heavy duty PVC pipes 15mm dia, 450 mm length with brass nuts and washer at the inlet of Geyser

Providing and fixing GI pipe(High quality) of size- 15mm nominal bore confirming to IS 1239 complete with ISI marked GI fittings( 2nos. 'T' fitting, elbows) for the work of piping upto 3meter & connection of inlet & outlet of geyser after removing the old pipes including cost of pipes, testing of joints etc. All complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by EIC. Make of all fitting and pipe :TATA, JINDAL.and size- 15mm dia nominal bore.

Installation of Geyser including grouting on wall by providing nut bolts and machinery. Only Geyser will be supplied by Dept.

Laying of GI strips from earth pit/grid to earthing terminal with connection by cutting, welding, strip bolting inside ground/along wall with saddling as per tech specs. (Only GI strip will be supplied by dept.)

Provision of earthing with connection complete in all respect with GI pipe medium density 'B' class (Blue) confirming to IS 1239 part I length 3 mtrs., bore 50 mm. Digging pit and refilling it with charcoal and salt in successive layer . Masonry enclosure of 45cm × 45cm × depth 1 feet (inside) with thickness 10 cm should be provided at top, 50mm thick RCC top cover, water funnel etc. a as per drawing and IS 3043. Grouting of a GI strip of size 6mm x 50mm with holes in nearest point on wall and connection with earth electrode . (All material will be supplied by the contractor)

Installation of Single pole neutral MCB 8 way DB on surface of wall, making the wall as good as before, Fixing & termination of MCBs/ RCBOs & earthing,lugging of wires with copper lug(Supply of tin coated copper lugs(dowells) by contractor), Brass cable glanding (gland supply by dept) and circuit identification, naming (painted) on MCB outgoing and incoming are in contractor's scope. (SPN MCB 8 way DB and MCBs will be supplied by department)
