Demolition in cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n. exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in path finish the top surfaces even and rough to receive top layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber moulded vibro compacted coloured glossy finish precast concrete interlocking paver block conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 grade laid over and incl 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber moulded vibro compacted coloured glossy finish precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade laid over and incl 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber moulded coloured glossy finish cement concrete chequered tiles of size 30cm X 30cm X 20mm thick jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement and pigment to match the surface of tile as in floor over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs not provided for water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/path laid in panels, finish the top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate), 100mm thick as in floor/paving/ Hardstanding finishing even and smooth without using extra cement as in floor/paving laid in panels including filling the joints with mastic compound complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only Chain link fencing inlcuding line wires, any mesh, size and type as decided by Engineer in charge to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wires complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling concertina coil 600 mm dia of coil fixed in slots of angle iron posts of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Re-Fixing concertina coil 600 mm dia of coil (except materials) on angle iron frames over RCC or brick post/wall including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling barbed wire fencing fixed in slots of angle iron posts of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing (except materials) and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS post of grade Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality-A or Fe-290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section embedded in concrete, brick work, masonary etc, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post hole (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n. exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (Using 40mm graded stone agrregate ) as in foundation of posts, railing and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion,drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming toFe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolt (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, dia of shank 11 to 15 mm and length of bolt exc 5 cm but n. exc 10 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of auminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of old/existing treatment incl preparation of wall sufaces of any description and applying two coats of cement based paint on wall surfaces/ RCC post of fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, jambs etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made reinforced precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs medium density, MD-10 confirming to IS-12592-2002 (for manholes, drain etc), shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary form work, set in CM (1:4) and framed work for Flat iron on all sides of cover slab and including TMT bar 8mm & over @ 150mm c/c bothways in the pre-cast cover slab complete all as specified and directed.
