Providing & laying 25mm thick compacted Semi

Dense Bituminous concrete (SDBC) using crushed

stone aggregate as per MORT & H gradation and

bitumen VG-10 at the rate of 5.00% ( i.e. 50 Kg/MT)

by weight of total mix using hot mix hot laid process

including heating the asphalt and aggregate by

continuous batching mixing by drum mix plant and

paver finisher & consolidation with power road roller

including providing & laying uniform tack coat

including the cost and using all necessary

Providing and laying Asphalt Painting on B.T.

surface with bitumen VG 10 at the rate of 5.00 kg/

surface at the rate of 0.03 cum/ 10sqm.

Providing and laying of Hot applied Thermoplastic

compound 2.5 mm thick including Reflectorising

Glass Beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of

2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads
