Labour for scraping, cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0kg of bitumen for 10 sqm and laying 37.5mm thick built up spray grouting in one layer using 0.45cum of 25mm to 40mm size hard granite metal & 12.00kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 sqm in each layer with 0.12cum of 12mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10 sqm spreading over & laying including heating pouring & spreading over & spreading bitumen metal & chips & rolling with PRR including hire & running charges of PRR, tar boiler & all other T&P articles but excluding cost & conveyance of bitumen, metal & chips etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen @0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface / bitumenous surface cleaning with hydraulic brooms including cost of all materials, labour , T&P etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying semi dense graded bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed agreegates of specified grading , premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen ,transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled ,vibratory and tandem rollers to achive the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for the road and bridge works (4th Revision) as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth Work in excavation for foundation in ordinary soil with all leads and lifts including all labour, T&P articles, safety measures, incidentals, dewatering, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal up to a lead of 50mtr, dressing of side and bottom as necessary for the work etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation & plinth with sand well watered & rammed including all cost, conveyance, royalities of the materials labour T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation using 40mm nominal size clean black hand broken granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level, ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with all taxes and royalities and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.Foundation

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, as per clause 1501and direction of Engineer in Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts and transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 Kms, spreading, grading to required slope & compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300-2 & Clause 305 of MOSRT&H specifications for road & bridge works (4th revision) etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
