Credit for Demolition of building structures etc. complete and taking away all fetched material out of campus within 30 days after completing demolition part except the C&D waste kept for recycling and used the recycle product for non structural work such as in foot path, manhole, lean concrete, filling under plinth, re-filling of foundation etc. or as approved by Engineer-in-charge complete in all respect. The serviceable material received from dismantling/demolishing to be kept with executing agency and take away from the site as per direction of engineer-in-charge.
Note : This amount to be paid by agency to the department.

Residence, Matron'S Residence, Academic Block, Auditorium block, UG Boys Hostel - (188 Seater Capacity), UG Girls Hostel - (188 Seater Capacity), Nurses' Hostel - (50 Seater Capacity) , Intern & Residents Boys & Girls Hostel (Interns 75 Seater, Resident-40 Seater), Faculty Quarters (12 Units) , Grade Iv Quarters (16 Units), Central Workshop & Bmw Block, Gas Manifold Block, Service Block Including ESS, External Civil Development, Infrastructre & External Electrical Work , HVAC Work, Medical Gas Pipeline System, Modular Operation Theater With Stainless Steel Technology And Integration, Nurse Call System, CSSD Equipments, TSSU Equipments, Kitchen & Laudary Equipments, Pneumatic Tube System, Non-Medical And Modular Furniture Work And HIMS & QIMS System”.
The project shall be executed in accordance with stipulated DBR/Specifications and Guidelines, adopting NBCS -2026 norms, relevant Indian Standard (IS) Codes, and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
