Dismantling GS sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters wind ties etc. including dismembering and stacking of serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately with all lifts and upto a lead of 50 m etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge.0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

Providing reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts including finishing even and smooth and curing complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge:-With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in superstructure upto floor five level including cost of all materials as required complete:-In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

12 mm cement plaster of mix Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and laying flat brick flooring in cement mortar including cement slurry etc. completeProviding and laying dry flat brick flooring in required pattern complete.

Providing and fixing panelled / or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked bright finished / black enamelled M.S butt hinges with necessary screws excluding panelling and or glazing, which will be paid for separately but including the wooden beading of 20 × 12 mm for fixing panelling and or glazing as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.35 mm thick shutters
