Phase I (reffer Note 5 on serial Page No 9(R))

Excavation over area n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or n. exc 10 Sqm on plan area for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc, and getting out in hard / dense soil.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick using excavated soil all complete all as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 5 Km and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for morrum / red bajri filling in road / floors / paving etc laid in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled, rolling & consolidating after filling with suitable compacting machine such as powered vibratory roller etc with watering compaction shall be continue until the density achieved at least 98% of maximum dry density complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Hardcore of Broken stone / boulders gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread & levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered & rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for 150 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2,(using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for road / path / hardstanding / flooring and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in path / hardstanding, laid in alternate bay including finished the surface with broome all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick dry river sand cushioning over sub base of any descreption all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for polythene film black 150 micron thick confirming to IS - 2508 laid over sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PQC as in pavement / hard standing / road etc, not exceeding 250 mm thick of flexural strength 35 Kg / Sqcm with cement content 380 Kg / cum or as per design mix which ever is high including necessary steel formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Notes :- (i) Construction joints, dummy (contraction joints) and expansion joints will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule.

(ii) Deduction shall be made in computing concrete quantity for expansion joints.

(iv) No price adjustment shall be made if cement content used / approved more than specified above in the execution of work under this item. However minus price adjustment shall be made for less quantity of cement used / approved @ rate of Rs 7.40 (Rupees seven and paisa forty) per kg of cement.

Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, with floter, plate vibrator, and roller for marking etc all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge..

M&L for Forming construction joints in concrete pavement, 30 mm deep x 10 mm wide, priming & fileld with sealing compound Grade 'A' all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Forming contraction joints (Dummy) in concrete pavement, 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide priming & fileld with sealing compound Grade 'A' all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for forming 20 mm thick expansion joint for 200 mm thickness of concrete slab filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F road safety convex mirror made up of polycarbonate reflective and body made of ABS / fibre / Plastic of size 1000 mm dia fixed over & including mild steel pipe 40 mm dia medium grade 2.4 metre length duly powder coated embeded in PCC 1:2:4 of size 45 cm x 45 cm x 45 cm and excavation in post hole in any type soil all all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified.

M&L for steel reinforcement of CRS (corrosion resistance steel) bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length and bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking end and binding with mild steel wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick masonry / PCC block masonary surface of wall in cement mortar 1:4, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls including pilasters / cornices etc and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (exterior weather coat) in Camouflage pattern of any tint as approved over one coat of primer applied as per manufacturer's instruction complete. Make:- Asian Paints (Apex) or equivalent grade of make mention in Appx B

M&L for hot dip galvanised mild steel Framed brackets & similar work of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165. Note :- (i) Coating of hot dipped galvanisation shall not be less than 86 micron (610 gram / sqm) thick. Contractor shall produce certificate regarding hot dipped galvanised steel work from the Govt Agency. All the testing charges shall be borne by the Contractor. (ii) Weight of steel section for the purpuse of payment shall be as per standerd weight mention in relevent IS without considering increasing in weight due to galvanising.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of zinc chrome primer complete.

S&F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard tails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Supply and fix mild steel galvanised punched type concertina coil of loop dia 1050 mm (dia of coil when up stretched) fixed to existing angle post strut and tying at three places ie toe bottom & one at top with 3.15 mm dia galvanised mild steel wire all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- The punched type concertina coil shall be stretched to maintain the dia of up stretched coil as 1050 mm and number of circles as 52 per coil and shall cover 8 running metre per coil.

S&F 300 mm wide Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.71 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in cladding to crumple joint of RCC column, fixed with screw of suitable type all as specified complete.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks & similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165

M&L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning to under ground PVC cable including punning down of sand in layer all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note: for measurement purpose any punned thickness of sand will be considered.

S&F street light bracket fabricated from 40 mm bore galvanised iron tubing light grade, 1.2 metre long, bent to shape fixed on pole / bldg including mild steel flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Supply and fix pole mounted junction box (street light box) hinged type (Door fits to base by means of hinged) for single phase 2 wire lighting system, moulded in FRP comprising of 2 Nos MCB SP 6 amps and three phase aluminium bus bar fixed in box with suitable size of porcelain insulator , junction box of size 170 mm x 170 mm x 105 mm including suitable connector for looping and duly sealed with rubber plugs, fixed on pole with and including necessary fixing clamp all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Boring under roads / pavement / hardstanding without disturbing the top surface by trench less technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including supply & inserting HDPE pipe of 100 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure for passing through the cables complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note : Necessary infrastructure reqd for boring shall be arranged by the Contractor at his own cost.

Supply & fix weather proof, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, cable, with multistrandard Aluminium conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm, 2 core, fixed from Junction box to street light fittings all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

S&F 20 mm dia Unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 Kgf/cm2 fixed on pole with MS clamps made out 25 x 3 mm thick MS flat with the size of pole , nut, bolt etc at the interval of 1 meter all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Supply and laying GI tubing 40 mm dia bore light grade laid in trenches / floor / fixing on pole / wall / roof for cable protection with necessary fittings & fixture complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Supply and erect in true vertical position 9 metre long Prestressed concrete pole, cross section 102 mm x 172 mm at top and 102 mm x 279 mm at bottom, of class 10 including writing pole No with black synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C 2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping for PCC pole etc including finish the exposed surface even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-charge

Fixing only street light fitting of any description fixed over bracket on pole all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Bracket will be measured & paid separately. (ii) Old light fitting retrieved vide item No 62 of this BOQ shall be used
