| 1.00Supply, installation, testing, trial run and commissioning of Submersible Vertical Axial Flow Pump-set for various padashekarams of Alappuzha, Kottayam and Pathanamthitta districts with the specifications listed below: Suitable for handling silty, fresh and salty water with rpm 1000 (Syn) or less.The material of construction of the casing, suction bell shall be CIFG 260 with 2% NICL, impeller CF8M (SS) with SS 316 shaft, vertical submerged column pipe should be of SS 304 and horizontal delivery pipe (varies from 4 to 10 m length as per site conditions) of SS 304 with 6 mm minimum thickness. A metallic non-corrosive strainer of mesh size not more than 50 mm x 50 mm should be fitted at mouth of suction column. Any hanging portion of the delivery pipe should be supported with suitable metallic supporting frames or RCC pillars of suitable size as per site requirements. The prime mover for the pump should be 3 phase, totally Enclosed Water- Cooled squirrel cage submersible induction motor of reputed make operating at 415V+/- 10%, 50Hz+/-5% connection with “F” class insulation, control panel must have dust and vermin proof vertical mounted cubical type panel board with FCMA soft starter of reputed make , MCCB including phase failure protection, surge protection devise, dry run protection, overload over current protection, thermal over load protection relay, earth fault relay, voltmeter, ammeter, fault indication start and stop switches, power factor correction capacitor etc. Wiring and earthing should be as per regulation and specification of KSEB and electrical inspectorate. Separate cubical type energy meter panel of reputed make with CT metering provision including 4 Pole FN type isolator, RCCB , HRC fuses and carrier. Suitable size Copper cable for connection from electric post to meter box and meter panel to motor control panel etc should be fitted at site, with proper earthing. Cable termination should be as per the regulations and specifications of KSEB and Electrical Inspectorate standards. A screen with 6 mm GI welded mesh with 50 mm x 50 mm opening size, (about 20 sq.m area) framed in GI angles and GI tubes shall be fitted at the opening on top and sides of sump to prevent entry of unwanted materials to the pump through inflow water. Rate quoted should be inclusive of all the charges for supply, installation including trial run and commissioning, all types of transportation and conveyance, loading and unloading charges, charges for factory testing, but excluding GST etc | |||||||
