Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture IS : 6315 marked, for doors including cost of cutting floors as required, embedding in floors and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece MS sheet outer box with slide plate and with stainless steel cover plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineerin-charge.Pb-CSR-Ref. 17.48-T/R.

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate z sections and other sections conforming to Is: 733 and IS : 1285 of Jindal, Hindalco, Mahavir or equivalent make approved by Engineer in Charge , fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC Plug/neoprene felt etc. aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminum snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P.brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In- Charge. Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in paneling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-In-Charge. Providing and fixing hydraulic door closer ISI mark with necessary screw etc. complete. (b) I.S.I Designation No. II (size of door 701mm to 850mm) Pb-CSR-Ref.17.43(b)-T/R.

Providing and fixing aluminum sliding door bolts ISI marked anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete : (A) 300mm x 16mm. Pb-CSR-Ref.17.49(A)-T/R.

Earth work in excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kinds of soil where Pick-Jumper work is not involved and not exceeding 2.0 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry in 15 cm, layers with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil as directed within lead of 30 metres. Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with Punched Tape concertina coil 600 mm dia. 10 meters open able length (total length 90 m) having 50 nos. rounds per 6.00 meters length upto 3.00 meters height of wall with existing angle iron Y-shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, studtied with G.I. staples & G.I. clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron all complete, as per directions of the E-I-C. with reinforced barbed tape (RBT)/ spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 Kg/sq. mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) andweight 43.478 gm/meter (NS Item).
