Job contract for operation and maintenance of ground lighting facilities, Apron Flood lights and E&M Installations of Substaions I&II in operational areas including carrying out the preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance daily on round the clock basis as directed by engineer-in-charge including covering of the Weekly off duty/sundays & holidays as per the special conditions/Technical specifications.

Job Contract for operation & Maintenance of 500KWp Rooftop Solar plant and Perimeter Lighting at Begumpet Airport, Hyderabad as per the technical specifications/special conditions.

Painting of Transformer housing box / adapter/ fittings of all shapes and sizes of the runway /Taxiway / Approach / PAPI fittings etc. complete as required. Job includes removal and refixing of fittings.

Painting of panels / landing "T" with one or more coats of synthetic enamel paint to obtain even and stain free smooth surface with approved make and colour by arranging spray Gun and compressor including scrapping the existing point, applying Putty etc. whenever required.

Testing and calibration of all makes and following types of protective relays by secondary injection method by the licensed testing laboratory / firm at site including hire, to and fro transportation charges of testing equipment and accessories and issue. a)Electromagnetic Type Single element relay (type CDG 11 , VAAZIZG8502F(M) , ASHIDAAVA 215 & VAGM)

Testing and calibration of all makes and following types of protective relays by secondary injection method by the licensed testing laboratory / firm at site including hire, to and fro transportation charges of testing equipment and accessories and issue. b)Electromagnetic TypeThree element relay (Type CDG 31 & VXL INDUSTRIES TYPE IOT-3N MODEL R - 8002).

Testing and calibration of all makes and following types of protective relays by secondary injection method by the licensed testing laboratory / firm at site including hire, to and fro transportation charges of testing equipment and accessories and issue. c).4 Element IDMT Relay ( Type ASHIDA - ADR 241A AM810).

Servicing of following LT Aircircuit Breakers and HT Bulk Oil Circuit breakers of different makes ( L&T, GE & Crompton Greaves, KEL, Southern Switchgear Ltd) at site as per the recommendations of the manufacturer and attached scope with Manufacturer authorised service dealer etc. complete as required. a).Manual draw out type Air cicuit Breakers Upto 2500 A.

Servicing of following LT Aircircuit Breakers and HT Bulk Oil Circuit breakers of different makes ( L&T, GE & Crompton Greaves, KEL, Southern Switchgear Ltd) at site as per the recommendations of the manufacturer and attached scope with Manufacturer authorised service dealer etc. complete as required. b).11 KV Bulk oil circuit breakers.

Supply of Transformer oil suitable for 11kv distribution Transformer along with test certificate having B.D V/Dielectric strength more than 55KV RMS as required.

Filtration of oil of the following equipment's to the required di electric strength, Testing the same for the break down Voltage, Performing Acidity test at site by arranging the oil filtration machine and other testing equipment's at site, cleaning and drying out the breather etc. including cleaning the transformer completely and arresting the leak if any by providing gasket and tightening the bolts etc. as required. a).1500 KVA Transformer Kirloskar make at SSI (850 liter capacity) ( 1 job per year).

Filtration of oil of the following equipment's to the required di electric strength, Testing the same for the break down Voltage, Performing Acidity test at site by arranging the oil filtration machine and other testing equipment's at site, cleaning and drying out the breather etc. including cleaning the transformer completely and arresting the leak if any by providing gasket and tightening the bolts etc. as required. b).1500 KVA Transformer Crompton Greaves make at SS II (950 Liter capacity) ( 1 job per year).

Filtration of oil of the following equipment's to the required di electric strength, Testing the same for the break down Voltage, Performing Acidity test at site by arranging the oil filtration machine and other testing equipment's at site, cleaning and drying out the breather etc. including cleaning the transformer completely and arresting the leak if any by providing gasket and tightening the bolts etc. as required. c).HT OCB.

Supply & replacement of silica gel crystals for transformer breather as required

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWC pipe as required. a).Upto 35 sq.mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWC pipe as required. b).Upto 35 sq.mm and 95 Sq.mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWC pipe as required. c).Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required a).Upto 35 sq.mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required b).Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm
