Fabrication and Erection of Recycle conveyor-A vent line at NP Plant. Work Involves: The required materials, pipes, bolts, tools and tackles for the fabrication of pipes and bends shall be transported to fabrication yard / site. The pipes and mitered bends shall be fabricated according to suit with site condition and as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge. Flange joints shall be welded properly at inside and outside (flange joint should be consider as a single joint). Marking, cutting, Edge preparation with single bevel, proper grinding and welding shall be carried out as per the instructions. Size of pipes and fittings are 300NB. The required length of pipes and fitting [from 0.5 m to 7 mtrs] shall be taken from the store and transported to fabrication yard / site as per the instructions of Engineer - in – Charge. Fabrication and erection shall be done as per the drawing no. TS/M/SK 843. Necessary / required scaffolding shall be arranged at site for proper / convenient erection and hook up of complete pipe. The vent pipe line shall be lifted / positioned / aligned and to be connected / jointed by flange/welding. If require temporary support shall be given to the vent line. The alignment, level, verticality etc. shall be corrected perfectly. One end of the vent line is RC Conveyor- A top surface and other end is product cooler vent line. The end welding of Vent line pipe shall be done as per the instruction of the Engineer-in-charge. During erection of vent line if any structural obstacle, shall be removed without any extra cost. while All the flange joints shall be tightened properly and put the vent line in service without any leak. The flange joints shall be tightened with required gasket / slip plate. If any correction / rework are required to be done during erection and it shall be arranged at site by the contractor without any extra cost. Spool piece shall be provided approximately 1 m length as per the drawing no. TS/M/SK 843. The structural steel after transporting from store to worksite shall be immediately be cleaned and first coat primer shall be applied. The structurals after fabrication and erection shall be applied with second coat of zinc chromate yellow primer after necessary cleaning at all heights and elevations .Two coats of synthetic enamel paint of distinct colours shall be applied one after the other after giving sufficient curing time after each coat applied at all elevations. Any area inaccessible after erection shall be painted beforehand. All costs incurred in painting including cost of paints, primers, painting equipments, cleaning equipments, handling charges, scaffolding and any other incidental expenses will be under contractor's scope.

Patch / Repair / modification works on RC Elevator A & B and other elevator / conveyors casing / shell, etc. with MS plate. Work involves: Collection and transportation of MS Plates [6mm to 12mm thk.] and required materials from CD - stores. Patch / repair / modification works particularly on RC Elevator A & B and other elevator / conveyors casing / shell, etc. shall be done properly to meet the site requirement. Cutting, shaping / bending and fixing of new plates shall be done after the removal of existing damaged MS plates. Proper welding and grinding shall be done as per the instruction of Engineer incharge to suit with the site condition.
