Taking down of existing Sluice/gate/butterfly valve of 80 mm and deposition to MES Store/Yard complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Up gradation of the existing SCADA software to incorporate management and control of various OHTs at various areas, developing and adding the features as described below by altering SCADA software. a) Development of libraries and screens for display of the schematic of the remote motorized valves. b) Creation of additional soft keys for remote/ manual operation of the motorized valves in the OHTs. c) Modification of the Main SCADA screen to create a link to easily navigate to the newly developed OHT schematic screen etc, as required at Kataribagh main pump house SCADA room.

Supply , Installation, Testing and Commissioning of magnetic level sensor with type- Magnetic complete all as specified and directed. Make: -Rkom /JSP/ABB

Supply and Fix UPS of capacity 1.0 KVA with inbuilt battery with weatherproof enclosure with locking arrangement with and including electric connection from tapping and to PLC based control panel with armoured copper wire complete all as specified and directed. Notes: The scope of work includes integrating the UPS with panel so as to ensure that the Motorised vales are functional even in case of a power failure for a minimum of 6 hours. Supply, Install, Testing & Commissioning of Motor Actuated Butterfly valve made of SS-304 stem material SS-410,EPDM seat in butterfly valve consisting of Quarter turn single phase Actuator and Wafer type butterfly vale of size 80 mm dia with appropriate bracket/mounting arrangement including two Nos limit switches for open and closed condition and splash proof enclosure with following specification, Specifications & features:- Input Voltage 230 Volt AC Designed line pressure: 10kg/Sqcm. Operating Angle: 90 degrees Disc material: CI with nylon coating Limit switches: 02 Nos.(For open and close status) Mounting: Indirect on valve Make for Actuator: Rotork /Honeywell /Rotex /Siemens /Schneider /Emtork (The torque of actuator shall be at least 25% higher than the valve). Make for valves: L&T/Honey well/Siemens/Kirloskar/Schneider/Emtork. Note:- Rate includes necessary arrangement on using couplings/ fittings to accommodate new butterfly valve as per site requirement.
