Required(i) Enlistment Order of the Contractor.

Required(ii) Treasury Challan/ Demand Draft/ Pay Order/ Bankers Cheque/Deposit at Call Receipt/ FDR/ Bank Guarantee of any scheduled Bankagainst EMD.

Required(iii) Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued fromdivision office of any Executive Engineer/DD (H)/AD (H), CPWD.

Required(iv) GST Registration Certificate if already obtained by the bidder. Ifthe bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable, then heshall scan and upload following under taking along with biddocuments.

RequiredIf work is awarded to me, I/we shall obtain GST registrationcertificate, as applicable, within one month from the date of receiptof award letter or before release of any payment by CPWD,whichever is earlier, failing which I/we shall be responsible for anydelay in payments which will be due towards me/us on account ofthe work executed and/or for any action taken by CPWD or GSTdepartment in this regard.
