Excavation over areas, n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 5.00 Km but n.exe 10.00 Km outside MD land and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete as specified and directed..

M&L for preparing the soil base for planting grass by levelling the base to required slopes and levels, supplying and spreading 02 parts of sand, 01 Part of bio fertiliser and one part of red loamy virgin soil for growth of grass to an average thickness of 200mm including mixing vermin compost etc., to improve the fertility of the soil in the required proportion and finally preparing the soil base suitable for planting carpet grass etc. including removal surplus debris outside MoD land, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for planting ever green grass of natural Korean/mexican feather carpet grass of approved pattern over the prepared base lawn/carpet area with good earth including watering, removing the weeds or any other vegetation, mixing the manure from time to time and pesticides as required for healthy growth as per standard gardening practice complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for planting of approved species of crotons (height of plant not less than 75 cm above ground level) of approved spacies at a spacing not exceeding 200cm C/C including excavation of pit of min dimension 50cmx50cmx50cm and removal of excavated earth to outside the MD land, preparation of ground upto 30cm deep and filling with good earth, cow dung, vermi composit and watering etc complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE for Item no 5 to 40 :- (a)Tree/plants will be obtain from nursery of AP Govt or as approved by GE. Payment shall be made only for the plants found alive. (b) All plants,Hedge, Grass provided under Sch A Part-I shall be maintained by watering, taking out weeds, manuring the organic manure at regular intervals, using chemical fertilizers, spraying pesticides etc. for healty growth including trimming branches/grass to maintain proper shape etc. all as per standard gardening practice up to certified date of completion of entire work by employing 01 No Mali (unskilled) per day of 08 hrs duration except on Sundays and holidays. Water shall be supplied by MES for maintaining the grass and plants. Contractor shall be responsible for all necessary arrangements for collection and conveyance of water from MES water supply points/ source up to 5 km from the site. Necessary water tanker with tractor,water browser ,PVC pipe,sprinkler etc required for watering purpose is the responsibility of the contractor.Manure and pesticide required for maintenance of the plant under the above mentioned items up to certified date of completion of entire work shall be the resposibility of the contractor. Quoted Rates shall deemed to include for all these aspect.

M&L for excavating in trenches in soft/loose soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. Or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n. exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified

M & L for hardcore of gauge n.exc 63 mm of broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brick work with fly ash brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 using old size brick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed vitrified designer tiles 400x 400 x10 mm thick (square/rectangular) in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed. Make : Jhonson Endura Designer collection series or equivalent product of of make as per list of manufacturer as metioned in PS

All as per item no-46 here-in-before but fixed on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, including 10 mm thick bedding in cement mortor 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying and testing 15 mm bore High density poly ethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc complete all as specified and directed

PART-II

Outsourcing services for day to day maintenance of all plants,Hedge, Grassprovided under Sch A Part-I by watering, taking out weeds, manuring the organic manure at regular intervals, using chemical fertilizers, spraying pesticides etc. for healty growth including trimming branches/grass to maintain proper shape etc. all as per standard gardening practice for a period of two year from the certified date of completion of entire work by employing 01 No Mali (unskilled) per day of 08 hrs duration except on Sundays and holidays complete as specified and directed. Note : Water shall be supplied by MES free of cost for maintaining the grass and plants. Contractor shall be responsible for all necessary arrangements for collection and conveyance of water from MES water supply points/ source up to 5 km from the site. Necessary water tanker with tractor,water browser ,PVC pipe,sprinkler etc required for watering purpose is the responsibility of the contractor.Manure and pesticide required for maintenance of the plant for two years shall be the resposibility of the contractor. Quoted Rates shall deemed to include for all these aspect.
