Excavation in trenches, not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exc. 1.5m in depth for shaft, manholes, pier holes etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes(SGSW,AC or RCC)including bed concrete and cutting manhole if required for taking out pipe, complete for following bore of pipes:-

150 mm bore

200 mm bore

Demolition of brick work built in cement or cement lime mortar complete.

M&L for Concrete bed to drain pipes 150 mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete.

M&L for Concrete bed to drain pipes 200 mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius,built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius,built in CM 1:6. but except brick.(Serviceable bricks obtained from item No 3 above shall be reused.)

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate in surface channels, drains etc complete as required & directed.

M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, benching and drains including necessary form work complete.

M&L for salt glazed stoneware drain pipes 150mm bore, grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed as specified complete.

M&L for salt glazed stoneware drain pipes 200mm bore, grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed as specified complete.

M&L for Reinforced concrete drain pipes 200mm bore, class NP2, laid in trenches and jointed complete with collars.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5mtr above the starting point complete.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or on concrete surface, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

S&F in repairs precast steel fibre reinforeced concrete drain covers, factory made in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with and including reinforcement of 8mm dia TMT bars at 150mm c/c both ways including MS frame at the edges of cover and handles 2 Nos each cover made of 12mm dia MS round bar, set in CM 1:6 complete, thickness and sizes of covers shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning / desilting of manholes and sewage line up to 150mm dia by roding, using mechanically pressure jet pump and subsequently by bamboo split tied with rope through the pipe from manhole to manhole and cleaning the pipe line for easy flow of sewage including getting out solid / liquid material from manhole of any size and any depth including taking up and refixing of manholes cover and removal of sewage out of MD land (length of sewage line will be measured including manholes) complete.

M&L for removal of gratings/gully trap covers, ovel access doors,clearing blockage of WC & Bath rooms and refixing the same to its original position after cleaning of blockage complete.

Dismantling of 100mm cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar fixed on wall or laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of 75mm cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar fixed on wall or laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls as in waste/soil pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls as in waste/soil pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 110mm radius PVC (SWR) bends complete all as specified and directed.
