Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep in soft/loose soil including forming sides and bottom surface to required levels / slops / gradients and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading leveling, watering well, ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing at a leve n exc 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and directed

T&P for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing of cast iron sluice valve class PN-1.0 ISI marked, both ends flanged, stainless steel spindle, with iron wheel and necessary jointing materials, nuts & bolts, washers etc for making two flanged joints of following sizes as required with taking out old U/S valve:-

Taking up cast iron / DI pipe line (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead for the following bore of pipes:-

Supply ,laying jointing,commissioning and testing Ductile iron pipe with spigot and socket end centrifugally cast(spun) class K-7 in any length laid in trenches including rubber tighten joint as required at site complete all as specified and directed of following size :-

M & L Mechanical type collar joint made of MS sheet of size 6/8 mm thick along with rubber gasket nuts bolts and washers suitable for 150mm bore dia CI/DI pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for DI fitting like Ductile iron bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tees pieces single branches, ‘Y’ junction, double branch cross including jointing materials on line(all sockets or socket & spigot) collar, caps and plugs etc upto 200 mm bore size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber with 3 mm thick MS sheet cover and 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron frame embedded in PCC coping 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with locking arrangements of size 1200 mm x 1200 mm x1000 mm depth (internal size), brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, internal walls plastered with 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 and finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement, 40 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates in foundation 75 mm thick with and including necessary excavation & earth work in soft / loose soil completeall as speciofied and directed.

Supply and fix Cast Iron Air Valves with single air Outlets, of size 50 mm dia bore and fixing up in Cast Iron Water supply mains of size 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
