S & F for 18-20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigments to match with shade of Granite complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sinks made of stainless steel 1 mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs , washers and waste coupling, including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantiliver brackets and connecting union to pipe , overall size 495 mm x 420 mm bowl size 410 mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified.

S&F of 2nd class HW Plain, solid, straight Chowkats and frames wrought framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put to gether with glue pinned at joints,and fixed complete all as specified & directed.

S&F for 6 mm thick HPSC non asbestos fibre cement Standard Ceiling board (decorative type) with powder coated exposed GI grid suspension system (E-Grid T-2430 or equivalent load carrying capacity with mid span deflection not exceeding 1/360 span with hanger spacing of 1200 mm c/c) consisting of Main Runner 3600mm long, Cross Tee 1200mm/600mm long and Wall Angle. The Wall Angle shall be fixed on PVC Dash Fasteners on the perimeter of the wall by steel screws with distance 300 mm c/c. The Main Renners to be placed @ 1200mm, The Cross Tee 1200mm will be inserted in the precut slots of Main Runner at a regular interval of 600 mm to form a modular grid of 1200mm x 600mm. Additional Cross Tee's of 600mm shall be placed perpendicular to the Cross Tee 1200mm long to finally form a grid of 600mm x 600mm. Grid of module size 600mm x 600mm shall be supported by 6mm dia GI wire from purlins/soffit. 6mm thick High Pressure Steam Cured Non Asbestos Fibre Cement Standard Ceiling Board (Density > 1200 Kg/m3) of size 595mm x 595mm, conforming IS 14862 & Type B Category III of ISO 8336, tested as per AS 1530 part 3 & BS-476 Part 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 should be placed in the Grid module to form all as specified and directed.

S&F Laquer coated chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick set over & including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) with neat cement and pointed in grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified.

Disconnecting the electrification and taking down DBs (any type of SPN DBs) and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing surface all as specified and as directed by EIC.. Note - Temporary power supply shall be provided by contractor.

Taking down U/S submain wiring aluminium etc and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/ floor etc matching with the existing surface.

Boring holes horizontally under Road without damaging the surface of road (minimum 1.0 Mtr bellow the road surface) with the help of GI tubing of any dia not exc 100 mm dia for passing of UG cable all as specified and as directed. Note:-GI Pipe laid shall be measured seperately
