Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, approns etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing selviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the defence land remises complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, of any description, on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cementconcrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including use and waste of formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs etc and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including use and waste of formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brickwork, with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as above Item No 1.14 but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Old serviceable bricks as obtained from serial item No 1.03 hereinbefore shall be reused after cleaning the bricks. The rate quoted shall include for cleaning the bricks also.

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing of factory made 35mm thick, 2nd class HW, plain framed, panelled shutters with any number of panels with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for second class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, 35mm thick, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, elc.;sizesof me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of first class hard wood small fittings such as brackets of any type, latch and hinge blocks, shaped door and window stops and the like, including all necessaty' labours; articles not exceeding 200 cu.cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters l~unning bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed. drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of rolled mild steel in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-410-W Gde E-250 quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-410-W Gde E-250 quality-B complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of steel window box type, with glazing bars, with side hung shutters, using ERW hollow 'P' section, factory made, comprising double frame for and including gauged and glazed skeleton shutter, 30mm thick, jointed internally with flat iron 25x3mm complete including hinges, handle, tower bolts, stops, lugs etc. all as shown on drawing No. TD-219 sheet 1/3 to 3/3 and TD-220 sheet 1/3 to 3/3 as applicable complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) For the purpose of measurement and payment double shutter both glazed and gauzed with frame shall be considered as one unit. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include the iron mongery and grill 10 mm square bar irrespective of whatever shown on drawings and one shop coat of zinc chromate primer. (iii) Glazing, wire mesh and painting shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing of factory made mild steel windows or ventilators, fixed type, with glazing bars complete all as specified and as directed.

Note- The sheets shall have super durable polyester quality paint of approved colour, 150 gm/sqm total on both sides, suitable for exterior application conforming to IS-15965.

Supply and fixing for pre-painted galvalume, aluminuim zinc coating, GI based Plain steel sheet, 0.50mm thick AZ-150 of red colour, having tensile strength of 550 MPa, as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. Note- The sheets shall have super durable polyester quality paint of approved colour, 150 gm/sqm total on both sides, suitable for exterior application conforming to IS-15965.

Supply and fix GI OREO Metal Suspended ceiling of approvaed materials of size 595 x595mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 grams/sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38mm made from 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25mm made of 0.30 mm thick (Minimum) sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600mm center to center to from a grid of 1200x600mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600mm and size of 24x25mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x600mm panel to from grids of 600x600mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.30mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opeining for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27x37x25x1.6mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4mm GI adjustable rods with galvanized butter fly level clips of size 85x30x0.8mm spaced at 1200mm center to center along main "T", bottom exposed width of 24mm of all "T"sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. GI metal ceiling lay in perforated Tegular edge global white colour tiles of size 595x595mm and 0.5mm thick with 8mm drop, made fo GI sheet having galvanizing of 100 grams/sqm (both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8 mm dia holes and having NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) of 0.5, electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation, and backed with a black Glass fiber acoustical fleece complete all as per manufacturer;s instructions and as specified and directed. Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates), 25 mm thick, as in sub base of floors, finished rough and even to receive floor topping complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), 75mm thick, as in plinth protection/PCC path and paving, laid in panels of area not exceeding 1.20 sqm with 12mm wide joints filled with mastic (using bitumen and sand mixture applied hot in the ratio of 1:3 by weight) formed at the end of each panel and change in direction of plinth protection/PCC Path and paving and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 16-20 mm thick ( size of each stone not less than 55cm x 55cm), laid in flooring, over and including cement screed bed 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) base and jointed & pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 16-18 mm thick laid on vertical surface such as riser/trader of steps, in single piece upto 1200mm long with bullnose edge over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces and jointed & pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Size of slab shall be cut as required.

Material and labour for premium quality, joint free, printed glazed coloured ceramic tiles of size 350 x 450 x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces of walls over and including 10mm thick rough finished plaster in cement mortar (1:4), set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering internal,15 mm thick ,on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering, 15 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of any description finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Supply only integral water proofing shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking down carefully any type of point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, tube light fittings with all accessories etc., and/or drawing out from existing conduit/batten and removal of materials from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, ceiling etc to match with the existing surfaces with matching OBD/White wash/Distemper complete all as specified and as directed.
