M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces with cement plaster in CM 1:4. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Hand packing (any thickness) at back of walls with broken stone or boulders and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses

S&F 110mm bore PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed for weep holes , in any length with rubber ring joints, as in weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregates in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (20mm graded agg) as in steps, copings,kerbs and like incl weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Lt electric pole 9 Mtr height 410 SP-31 as per IS specification with mild steel casting base plate taper bolts, nuts and washer etc including painting steel tubler pole exposed surface with two coat of alluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and providing 3 bends /straps with paint red signal post colour and two bends with black synthetic enamelled paint 300 mm apart from plinth block and numbering of pole and painting embedded portion of pole with one coat of bituminious paint complete all as specified and directed. Note:Earth work & PCC will be measured separately under respective items.

S&F factory made weather proof outdoor frame mounted MCB kiosk box made out of not less than 1mm thick MS sheet size not less than 250x200x100mm with and including MCB TPN 16 Amp, 240 V 'C' series 10 KA and 3 bus bar 3 phase and nutral with suitable drilled hole for fixing cable including fixing with frame made out of angle iron of size 50x50x5mm of height0.70m above ground level fixed with pcc foundation including washer nut bolt etc frame is duly painted with two coat of synthetic enameled paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Excavation and PCC will be measured and paid seperatly under respective items
