Taking down Cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete including disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors) beams, slabs, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete including disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up rain water pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar from any situation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Repair to RCC sunshades, chajjas, balconies, coloumns, bands, beams and similar RCC work at any position up to 15 meter height by dismantling loose/ disintegrated portion including necessary scafolding and safety arrangements and fixing of reinforcement (cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia and chicken wire mesh of size 12.5mm X 1mm securing with clips/ chicken wire mesh wherever required and dubbing out with cement concrete 1:1.5:3, 15mm to 50mm thick, using 6 to 12 mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished the required shape including provision of necessary scafolding and formwork up to four story bldg if required and finished with 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Upto 10 mtr height.

Installation of rebar by using Hilti hammer drill with carbide drill bit,chemical dispensing gun for inserting and using injection mortar chemical Fischer 585 s or equivalent upto minimum depth of (10 x dia of bar ) as in chajja,beam,lintel,column slab and parapet at any height before inserting an anchor bar.Hole must be free from dust debris,water,oil grease complete all as per manufacturers instructions (upto 6th floor ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Rates are inclusive of form work and safety measures. (iii) Dia of bar 10/12 mm (iv) Rates are inclusive of injection mortar chemical Note: Upto 10 mtr height.

Reinforced Cement Concrete nominal mix 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors,chajjas,drilling ,welding in old steel, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Upto 10 mtr height.

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surface up to 15 mtr height as in chajja/ mumty at any positon including necessary scafolding work, finsihed fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 over brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement at any height and providing necessary scafolding, safety precaution and other requisite arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces upto 15 mtr height in Cm 1:4 finished fair & even using water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note WPC will be measured and paid separately.
