Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (b) Depth of excavation for additional depth beyond 1,500 mm. and upto 3,000 mm. but not requiring shoring.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work) (a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. In ground floor including roof. (b) above 150 mm. thick

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 with spigot socket for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing with cement mortar 1:2 as per Technical Specification Clause 1106 for Rural Roads of MORD.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m. using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) (When the height of a particular floor is more than 4 m. the equivalent floor height shall be taken as 4 m. and extra for works beyond the initial 4 m. ht. shall be allowed under 12 (e) for every 4 m. or part thereof) (a) 25 mm. to 30 mm. thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. a) Pakur Variety

First class Brick work in cement sand mortar in steining of well, pier, abutment, wing wall, parapets cross drain. H.P. culverts, guard wall etc. including curing, scaffolding, raking out joints etc. complete including cost and carriage of all materials. (a) In 1:4 proportion. (b) In superstructure, ground floor.

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course,scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (ii) With 1:4 cement mortar (a) 20 mm thick plaster

Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m.

Supplying, dressing and stacking at site bamboo pins above 5 cm. dia. and upto 7.5 cm. dia.(Dia to be measured at mid length).

Driving bamboo pins in standing or flowing water including scaffolding and driving appliances. (a) Where boats are not necessary

Supplying, fitting and fixing with iron nails half split bamboo wailing pieces (av. dia. of bamboo not less than 5.0 cm.)

Supplying to site empty cement polythene bags (capacity 50kg) in good condition including stacking, incedental charges etc. all complete (capacity 50 kg).

Labour charges for filling empty cement gunny bag / polythene bag (capacity 50 kg) with all kinds of earth (wet or dry), sand or agreegates(stone / brick) and sewing as done in case of cement bags ,( tying with a knot after filling willnot beaccepted ) , andstacking withina lead of 30 metre as per direction of Engr-in-charge (cost is excluding the cost of any types of filling materials). NB: Volume of earth/sand filled bags should not be less than 0.028 cum/bag.

Dumping in position earth / sand filled gunny / poly bags (capacity 50 kg) within a lead of 30 metre inclusive of all lifts.

Earthwork from borrow pits over existing embankment or for repairs to embankment, closing breaches etc. within an initial lead of 30 metre and lift of 1.50 metre including breaking clods and depositing the same in layers not exceeding 25 cm. and rough dressing etc. complete as per profile.

Extra rate over Item No 16 for all kinds of soil for every additional lead of 30 metres or part thereof beyond the initial lead of 30 metres.

Extra rate over Item No16 for all kinds of soil for every additional lift of 1.50 metre or part thereof beyond the initial lift of 1.50 metre.

Taking out old bamboo pins from piling and stacking the same within 150 metre from the site of work. (a) Where boats are not necessary.

Taking out bamboo wailing pieces after removing iron nails and stacking the same within 150 metre from the site of work. (a) Where boats are not necessary.

Removing earth/sand filled poly bags/gunny bags from the channel bed/slope and initially depositing the same near channel bank at a place as directed by the Engineer-in Charge for measurement of Bag. & then disposing off the same at a distance not less than 150 metre from the channel site.

Fabrication , Supply, erection and commissioning of new Slide type vertical lift regulator service gates of Distributtories / Branch Canal / Minor Canal / Channel as per IS : 5620 - 2000 / Latest Revision consisting of skin plate, vertical and horizontal girder, stiffener etc. made of MS material consisting of angle, channel, beam, plate, flat etc. conforming to IS : 2062 - 2011 / Latest revision manufactured as per approved drawing and direction of Engineer - in - charge. The cost includes cost of Materials, Machinaries, manpower, cutting Aligning, drilling, Welding, Finishing, Consumables, Carriage and overheads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification (without painting).ŽŽ›

Supplying fitting and fixing at site Cast iron flap shutter for hume pipe sluice with cast iron coller and other fittings etc. complete ( As per drawing and direction of Engineer - in - Charge) including casting the same. necessary drilling etc with carriage to site complete. The cost includes cost of Materials, Machineries, Manpower, Cutting, Aligning, drilling, Welding, Finishing, Consumbles, carriage and all overheads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification (Without painting)

Supplying fitting and fixing screw rod having square thread of 1.5 / 2 T.P.I. Material bright steel [EN 8 / EN 9 / Forgrd CL 4 45 C8 as per IS 1875 1992 (Latest revision) dia and thread length as required and providing with a drilled hole of required dia on the other end after flattened and supplying with one no. bolt and nut of required size and all other components as required as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge The cost includes cost of Materials, Machineries, Manpower, Cutting, Aligning, drilling, Welding, Finishing, Consumbles like cutting tools, emari paper, cloths, hire charges of machineries tools and tackles, greeze, mobil etc. including carriage, loading, unloading as per direction of Engineer in Charge. a) Upto length 3 metre.

Supplying fitting and fixing M/S fabricated wheel in the screw hoisting system of lifting and lowering the draw shutter. The wheel consisting of suitable size ms hub to accomodate any size of G.M/C.I nut. The rim dia 32 mm and four nos arm of wheel are made of minor dia 30 mm. & major dia 36mm. dia rod complete as per approved drawing & direction of the Engineer-in-charge. The cost includes cost of materials, man power employed for dismantling and fitting fixing consumbles like cutting tools, welding rod hire charges of machineries like bending machine, lathe machinegrinding machine, welding set tools & tackles etc. including carriage loading and unloading (a) Upto 60 cm. dia. Cast Iron wheel.

Supplying, fifling & fixing Gun Metal Nut as per requirement having 1.5/2 T.P.I square thread for screw gearing arrangement, perfectly metting with the screw rod/gear rod for lifting the draw shutter as per direction of E.I.C. The cost includes cost of materials, man power employed, consumables like cutting tools, emery paper, cloths, , hire charges of machineries, tools & tackles etc including carriage loading & unloading.

Cost for supplying and fifling fixing of Flat rubber seal (Make : Universal Moulders & Engineer/Popular Rubber Works (Pvt) Ltd/ S B Industries/Unique Polymer Works/equivelant approved make conforming to lS : 11855 -2011/Latest Revision) for different types of gate shutter as per direction of E.I.C. The cost includes cost of man power employed for fitting fixing, cost of rubber seal, hire charges of tools & tackles, scaffolding and safety equipments etc including carriage loading & unloading but excluding supply of ms clamp/ flat plate, bolts, nuts and washer. a) 65mm x 6 mm.

Cost for supplying and fifling fixing of bulb/musical node/J- type rubber seal (Make : Universal Moulders & Engineer/Popular Rubber Works (Pvt) Ltd/S B Industries/Unique Polymer Works/equivelant approved make conforming to lS : 11855 -2011/Latest Revision) for different types of gate as per direction of E.I.C. The cost includes cost of man power employed for fitting fixing, cost of rubber seal, hire charges of tools & tackles, scaffolding and safety equipments etc including carriage loading & unloading but excluding supply of ms clamp/ flat plate, bolts, nuts and washer. a) solid bulb size- 40 140 X 10 mm

Painting with ready mixed Black Japan of approved make and brand including smoothening surface. b) Two coats.

Oiling ,cleaning,and greasing the gate.of headstock assembly (for screw hoist system) of regulator gates of canal/ river by cleaning, checking, greasing, screw rod, G.M nut, Thrust bearing, guide channel, etc including all charges of man & materials which include refilling of gear oil, oiling greasing and fixing of missing nut & bolts & oil seals etc to complete the job as per direction o: EIC.
