Dismantling and removing 2.5 cm grading concrete from roof slab cleaning the surface lowering and removing the debris within 50 meter lead including cost of all labour, TandP etc. required complete as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing 2.5 cm thick grading concrete 1:2:2 on roof slab including punning using 6 mm size crusher broken granite chipps including curing dewatering, shoring, shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost,conveyance, royalty,taxes of all materials required for the work, including supplying and working of pumps and all other materials required for the work, including all labour finishing the exposed surface, smooth, providfing grooves and beads where ever necessary etc. complete as per spoecification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removing Old lime or cement plaster from walls including raking out joints 12 mm deep and removing the debris within 50 m lead as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge. .

Dismantling and removing doors, windows, and ventilaters after carefully removing the bolts and nuts including stacking of the materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50 meter lead as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge. ..

Earthwork in excavation in foundation and trenches hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling with sand well watered and compacted with appropriate rammer or mechanical compactor and top surface dressed and levelled to proper gradient as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including watering and ramming with cost conveyance, royalities, taxes of all materials and labour with required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

Cement concrete of proportion 1:3:6 in foundation using 4cm size black broken granite stone aggregates of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm 6" thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance royality taxes of all materials and labour with required for the work as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 with 12 mm nominal size of hand or crusher broken hand granite stone aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry in foundation up to a depth of 1.5m.below ground level and up to a height of 1.5m above Ground level or Bed level including hoisting, lowering and laying in position in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick with proper packing and ramming to proper slope and level including curing dewatering, shoring, shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost,conveyance, royalty,taxes of all materials required for the work, including supplying and working of pumps and all other materials required for the work, including all labour finishing the exposed surface, smooth, providfing grooves and beads where ever necessary etc. complete as per spoecification for Road and Bridge works and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

12mm thick cement plaster 1:6 finished smooth to outside surface of brick wall after racking out the joints scraping and cleaning the surface including watering and curing for specified period etc. complete including all cost and conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

Providing, Fitting and Fixing M.S. Grills Including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

White washing 1-coat with shell lime to walls and ceilings of any approved quality including all labour etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall surfaces with Acrylic wall putty Water based of approved make and finished smooth and even surfaces to receive painting including cost of all materials taxes, labour etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering 2-coat to walls with distemper of approved shade on old or new work to give on even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with weather coat two coats over a coat of cement primer to outer wall surface including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats over wood and iron work with approved Enamel paint over a coat of primming, including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

Earthwork in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods by mechanical means to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
