M&L for cutting the existing hardstanding/PCC/WBM road/rocky surfaces at a depth of not less than 75 cm & 30 cm in width for passing of HT cables through GI pipes, returning filling in, complete incl finishing the surfaces by providing cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) with 20 mm graded aggregate upto 20 cm, finishing to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches by mechanical means n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for laying of pipe and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Item Nos 4, 5 & 6 above :- (i) The requirement of JCB (if any) for cutting the hard standing/PCC/WBM road surface or during earthwork is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (ii) If any damage to any Cable of Air Force/BSNL/MES etc. or to any Pipe lines develops/occurs during execution of the works then the same shall be made good by the Contr to the entire satisfaction of the concerned Dept/Section & the costs of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (iii) Quoted rate is also deemed to be inclusive of clearing/removing/cutting of vegetation/tree branches/small to medium plantings/bushes etc. so as to facilitate successful completion of the work. No extra/addl payment shall be allowed to the Contr in this regard. (iv) The contractor/firm is required to visit the site prior to quoting of the subject items/ work so as to ascertain the actual ground requirements. Any further query at a later date shall not be entertained & responsibility of the same shall rest on the contractor/ firm.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for HDPE DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) Pipe of rating 450 N, ISI marked with Min OD 77/75 mm & Min ID 63 mm, Orange colour for LT UG Cable protection with & including Couplers with rubber rings & RR & NFP properties/features confirming to IS 16205 Part 24:2018 & IEC 61386 Part 24:2007 complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for anti-climbing devices, comprising of 2.24 mm dia galvanised steel 2-strand barbed wire with 2.00 mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a length of 0.5 mtr to 1.0 mtr clamped & properly secured complete all as specified and as directed. (clamps measured separately).

S&F danger notice plate of size 25 x 20cm of 1.6mm thick mild-steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventioinal skull and bones in signal-red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT conforming to IS-2551 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for laying earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of 32x6 mm galvanised iron strip, fixed to wall on batten or recess or chasses or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc, as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for GI pipe light grade with all running fittings (ISI Marked), fixed on Perimeter/Street light PCC poles etc. of bore 15 mm complete all as specified and as directed. Make : TATA/JINDAL/PRAKASH.

Supply, install, commissioning & testing of LT control panel board "out-door type" of size 1000 mm (height) x 900 mm (breadth) x 500 mm (depth) (minimum dimensions) factory fabricated CPRI approved (type-tested) with suitable neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust & vermin proof & degree of protection not less than IP-55 & general construction confirming to IS-13947, double door, front & back openable. The panel shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation & tinned copper bus-bar wrapped with coloured PVC tape/sleeves of rating in conformity to the Incoming ACB/MCCB rating. The panel board shall be fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick (for outer portions) & 2.0 mm thick (for inner portions) CRCA sheet duly pre-treated & powder coated, supporting angle iron frame & MC channel base suitable for 3 Ph, 4 wire system 415/440 volts grade incl complete internal wiring with not less than 2.5 sqmm copper wire incl cable glands of suitable sizes incl suitable PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 foundation , necessary earthwork (if any) complete all as specified and as directed with & incl the following accessories : [ Main 25 KVA O/G Transformer Panel ]

BUS-BAR & INTERNAL CONNECTIONS : The bus-bars shall be made up of 04 Nos high grade Aluminium 100 A rated, duly insulated with 1100 V grade standard colour coded PVC sleeves & rigidly mounted on suitable sized "F" class insulators of non-hygroscopic, non-combustible, all internal connections from main bus-bars to switch gears etc.

PROVISION FOR CABLE ENTRY : The provision for cable entry/exit shall be provided in the bottom for both incoming & out-going cables with the help of glands matching the existing LT cable sizes.

OUTGOINGS : (a) MCB, TPN, 10KA, 415V, "C" curve, 16 A, ISI marked - 02 Nos (1W + 1S). Make : Cat No IHXTS03060 OF Make Havells or techno-commercially equivalent confirming to IS/IEC 61439 & 60529 with & incl extended wide band coil, FRLS internal wiring, in-built short-circuit protection, Class H insulation.

Note:- (i) Design / drawing / BOM of the Panel Board incl all accessories showing the dimensions is to be obtained from the Manufacturer / Supplier & is to be got approved from the Engr-In-Charge & GE before placing final order to the manufacturer. (ii) Anything missed out in the technical specifications but technically required for efficient working is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iii) The electrical connection of digital Multi Functional Meter in the ATS panel is to be done from load side so that monitoring of various parameters viz. Voltage, Current, KW, KVA, power factor, frequency etc. can be done for both SEB mains & DG mains. (iv) Necessary PCC foundation/plinth shall be as per the recommendations of OEM & cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of PCC Poles & applying two coats of weather coat paint of approved colour & grade incl writing of Pole Numbers & also painting of GI Pipe brackets & clamps with two coats of Aluminium Paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of use/hiring/rent including transportation of Aluminum Ladders/Scaffolding arrangements etc. required for successful execution of the complete work/Job is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. Quoted rate is also deemed to be inclusive of all safety precautions/measures to be taken by the contractor for labour employed at the site.
