Execution of RPWS to Left out village Kundankhol under Jamankira block.

Supplying all materials labour T and P design drawing,soil testing etc .complete in all respect for construction of RCC roof building pump house and construction of RCC framed compoundwall for pump house with fixing of Grill Gate and Construction of Aproach Road,Filling of Sand, Providing internal electrification to pump house and lighting arrangement, Supply of electric driven Vertical and Horizontal submersible pump set (three phase) with 100% stand by with all reqired fittings i.e. Contol panal, Flat cable, Armored cable, rubber mat etc. including lowering of pumpset . Supplying all materials labour T and P laying testing and commissioning of Rising main and Distribution system pipe line such as HDPE, GI pipes etc along with required fittings and specials and construction Air Valve chamber,FHTC (as per letter no-2270 dated 03.02.2020 of PR and DW GoO), Single mouth Standpost & CC drain, Fitting & fixing of C.I. SV,NRV and Air Valve etc, Cutting and mending of CC or Bituminous road for laying of Pipe line, installation of 1000 ltr capacity HDPE water storage tanks,Const. of Production well Platform and Disply Board as per supplied drawing and detail scope of work and technical specification, quantity of work mention in section - 5 and (as per Annexure-A to F) as per terms and condition of DTCN and all dimentions with the direction of Engineer-in-charge. All work manner that all house hold of entire village will get required quantity of drinking water without any leakage in the entire PWS system . All materials required shall be supplied by the contractor as per terms and condition of DTCN and drawings and as per direction of Engg-in-charge.

Supplying of all labour,T and P,material and doing soil testing ,supply of design, drawing , construction, errection, testing and commissioning etc. of RCC elevated storage reservoir of required capacity staging height of 15 mtr consisting of 6 or 8 nos RCC columns ,bracings . Upto foundation (Raft foundation) using M-25 Concrete and super structure, spherical dome and container wall using R.C.C M-30 including plastering the inside and outside of the container tank and domes, painting of ESR with two coats of approved specific weather coat over one coat of primer, 2nos ISI marked 100 or 150mm dia CI sluice valve,2nos of 100 or 150mm dia D or F butter fly valve and it's RCC valve chambers as per approved drawing, supplying, fitting and fixing of CI in-let, out-let, over flow and washing line using double flanged 150mm and 100 mm dia GI pipe RCC stair case with 32mm dia stainless steel hand rail around top dome, Walk way around container, two sides of stairs and landing etc. , lightening arrester confirming to IS specification, digital water level indicator,100 or 150mm dia CI puddle collar, 2 nos of 0.6 m dia CI manhole cover at dome , RCC vent with brass jally , Sand filling (1 mtr ) around apron ,etc as per the site condition and construction of 1.0mtr wide CC apron around the ESR should be made by the contractor etc complete as per direction of the Engineer - in- Charge. (The contractor shall execute the work after preparing the design and detail drawing in 5 sets from qualified engineer and to approve all structural design & drawing from StateTechnical Agency(STA) IGIT,Saranga or CET,BBSR or VSSUI,Burla or NIT,Rourkela or IIT,BBSR at his own cost). 30KL ESR (15m staging).(as per Annexure-H)

Design, drawing, construction, errection, testing and commissioning etc of RCC Under Ground Reservoir of 30KL capacity with dome shape covering using RCC M25 grade by supplying all materials, labour, equipment T and P including testing of soil to ascertain the SBC and other parameters required for design etc fitting and fixing of suitable medium grade GI pipe make confirming to IS specification of required length CI for in-let, out let, over flow , fixing of CI paddle collars on the wall of container, SS Ladder, Lightening Arrester, WLI,SV,MS Ventilator etc all complete as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. (as per Annexure-G).

Contractor shall maintain the PWS project for (5) calender years from the completion date of defect liability period i.e one year from the completion of the PWS scheme covered area will get(adequate) required quantity of supply of water taking supply hour as 8 hour per day without facing any problem. The contractor shall repair and replace any types of defect arise within 24 hour of receipt of complain either from public department. The contractor shall maintain all or from structure of pws schemes as per term and conditions of DTCN and technical specification mentioned in section-5.
