Demolition of cement concrete (Un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including rubbish off the premises complete all specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Un reinforced) of any description of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including rubbish off the premises complete all specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete Block Masonary with solid blocks type C1 1:3:6 20mm graded stone aggregate exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete and including demolition of block walling work all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as item no 3 above but except block (Old block retrieved due to demolilaton shall be reused)

Taking down cement or cement plaster, pointing any description on bricks or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of new plastered or un plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash on walls including cornices etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer over a thin layer of external wall putty on newly plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer over a thin layer of external wall putty after complete removal of existing treatement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching, cills, seismic and other similar bands and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work as required complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drain complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms , moulds ,mitred stopped ends etc.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm inner girth

M & L for rubber moulded Exterior grade joint less coloured tiles 10mm thick, area exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.18sqm with grey cement and pigments, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with cement & suitable coloured pigment to match the tiles in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and including dismantling of existing tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rubber moulded Exterior grade joint less coloured tiles 10 mm thick ,area exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm with grey cement and pigments, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with cement & suitable coloured pigment to match the tiles in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and including dismantling of existing tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Granite (of any type/ colour) work (table rubbed and polished) 18 to 20mm thick in steps jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 incl moulding, chamfering of edges including dismantling of existing stone slab complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 12 to 16mm thick machine cut pre-polished Udaipur green stone slab flooring on cooking platform/window cill, risers, treads laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 and jointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing, bull nose edging/moulding including dismantling of existing stone slab complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for glazed joint free coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface as in skirting & dado, 7 to 8 mm thick area exc 0.06 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 Sqm over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM1:4 set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors etc, finished rough to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 20mm thick, with grey cement and pigments, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with cement & suitable coloured pigment to match the tiles in floors over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of interlocking paver block laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for refixing of interlocking paver blocks with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

S & F machine pressed rubber moulded coloured precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm gradd stone aggregate as in floors for levelling course on existing cleaned surface etc for laying paver blocks, chequered tiles etc finished rough to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation.

S & F in repair Framed work confirming to Fe 290 (Gde-E-165) as in doors or gates/Cattle trap of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing including dismantling of exsiting unserviceable MS work complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 29 above but fixing only (Old material retrieved due to dismantling shall be reused).

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid to slop of 1:12, finished surface even and fair without using extra cement with and including all necessary form work to divide the area in panels, finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering where directed and providing 10mm wide joints through out the thickness of plinth protection duly filled with mastic filling (one part of hot bitumen 85/25 and three part of fine sand by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position and removing debris to outside MD land complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for MS TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to Length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns with an incl MS wire(Annealed not less than .90 mm Dia) or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete (reinforced) Type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1 : 6, in landings, for RCC cover slabs for drains cover/RCC Post with plain faces complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blockage of weep holes of any type or any size in retaining walls by way of rodding and removal / clearing of mud, vegetation growth with rodding up to extreme end and making good the shape and size of weep hole with cement mortar in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing for plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of stone/concrete walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, mass and efflorescent salt and treating oil and greasy spots etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for dubbing out average 5mm thick on irregular face of walls (when specifically ordered in writing ) in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in two layers consisting of first layer 5mm in CM 1:6 and top layer 10mm thick in CM (1:4) plastering on stone masonry surface and rendering is to be finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone/ boulder masonry, built in CM including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete bonders (for stone walling) type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, set in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bounded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling (Except stone) of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches ,n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5mtr in depth for foundation etc or for shafts ,well cesspts ,manholes etc n exc 10sqm on plan and n exc 1.5mtr in depth and getting out in Hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, earth including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, in natural ground including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for MS round bars (Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality A or Fe-290 (Gde-E-165) 10mm dia and over cut to Length bent to shape required incl cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns with an incl MS wire(Annealed not less than .90 mm Dia) or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S & F chain link mild steel galvanised fencing of 3 mm dia of wire and aperture 75 x 75 mm including line wire straining bolts etc rails & binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, Old chain link fencing retieved from dismantling shall be reused complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs mild steel in Bands, straps, hook, pintle hinges staples, hand made sliding bols wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cuttingtop to shape as directed, drilling, holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) incl all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto item no 58 above but fixing only. (Old material retrieved due to dismantling shall be reused).

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n.exc 10 cm long and 16 to 20mm diameter of neck

M & L for Cement Concrete Type C-2, 1 : 3 : 6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete or for embedding of posts etc

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surface of any description exc. 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

All as Item No 62 above but one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surface including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surface of any description n. exc. 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint including preparation of new steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for one coats of synthetic enamel paint over a old painted concrete surface of any description exc. 10 cm width or girth including preparation of concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolt, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc all as specified and directed

M & L for precast concrete Kerb Stones factory made as in repairs of type B1, 1 : 2 : 4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) 10 to 15 cm thick and and setting in CM 1 : 6 including taking out existing broken stone with necessary excavation etc complete all as specified and directed.

dito item No 67 above but in fixing only in CM 1 : 6, old serviceable kerb stone shall be reuesd.

M&l for 450mm bore dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed with collars including demolition and breaking up of drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar any dia complete all as specified & directed.

M&l for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in conrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes ater they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.
