CERTAIN REPAIRS TO ROOF COVERING OF BLDGS OF SOUTH SIDE IN TECH AREA AT AIR FORCE STATION JODHPUR

Taking down old exising roof treatment (APP membrane and plaster) including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. including removing debris out site of MD land complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including hangers etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on stone masonry/ PCC block masonry/ concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:3) on ceiling of concrete surface and finishing the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coats of water based weather proof exterioir emulsion paint in camouflage/ CCD pattern on brick, stone, concrete or plaster surface upto 10m height from GL, of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel rolled sections as in roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to Fe 290, Gde E-165, quality A including dismantling of old rusted steel work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise discribed and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of old unserviceable, rusted, broken sheets complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
