Repairs to 400HP ATS Starter by way of removing accumulated carbon from contact points of all contactor by applying carbon tetra chloride active chemical to make the surface clean. Adjustment of all protection devices, removing of dirt, dust and other greasy substance with the help of highly volatile thinner/acetone and blowing of compressed air inside the starter compartment. The job also includes the charge for providing of brass bolts with nuts as per sample of incoming and outgoing connections in ATS (2Kg) & filling of T- oil six Ltr/starter for topping for the completion of work.. The starter should be tested on full load.

Repairs to 800 Amp ACB 03 pole by way of disconnecting the pvc cables, opening nuts & bolts then remove it from panel & shifted it to working place with the help of skilled labour, then overhaul ACB at site by way of adjustment of all protection devices, removing of dirt, dust and other greasy substance with the help of highly volatile thinner/acetone and blowing of compressed air inside the ACB compartment. After proper servicing fitted it back to panel tighting nuts & bolts, & tested it on full load after connecting connections properly with the help of skilled labour.
