SH 1 : Supply of Manpower (Item No. 1 to 4) Providing one number HIGH-SKILLED Manpower in one shift of 8 hour on all days including sundays & holidays (excluding weekly off day) for ONE MONTH for operation & maintenance of electrical installations.

Providing fifteen number SKILLED Manpower in one shift of 8 hour on all days including sundays & holidays (excluding weekly off day) for ONE MONTH for operation & maintenance of electrical installations.

Providing Four number SEMI-SKILLED Manpower in one shift of 8 hour on all days including sundays & holidays (excluding weekly off day) for ONE MONTH for operation & maintenance of electrical installations.

Providing Thirteen number UN-SKILLED Manpower in one shift of 8 hour on all days including sundays & holidays (excluding weekly off day) for ONE MONTH for operation & maintenance of electrical installations.

SH 2 : CMC of fire fighting system (Item no. 5 to 16) Comprehensive maintenance of fire fighting system at New Technical Block includes Main Fire Fighting Pump, Jockey Pump, Main Control Panel, Diesel Engine Pumpset, Hose Cabinet, Hose Couplings, Yard Hydrants, piping, all type of valves, Wet Riser / Sprinklers System etc. as per Inventory shown in Annexure-C.

Comprehensive maintenance of fire detection and alarm system at New Technical Block includes main Control Panel, local control panel, all zone cards, smoke detectors, electric hooters, response Indicators, manual call points, repeater panels, fire dampers, PA system etc. as per Inventory shown in Annexure-D.

Comprehensive maintenance of fire detection and alarm system at Nav-Aids sites includes alarm panel with inbuilt auto dialer, optical smoke detector, sounder, response indicators as per Inventory shown in Annexure-E.

Comprehensive maintenance of fire fighting system at ATC tower & Equipment room includes 2 zone panel, NOVEC 1230 filled gas cylinder,discharge & actuation hoses, nozzles, detectors piping, all valves etc. including filling of gas as and when required as per Inventory shown in Annexure-F.

Supply of 02 Zone loop fire detection and alarm panel including autodialer, built-in charger and battery backup requirements etc. complete as required.

Installation, Testing and commissioning of 02 Zone loop fire detecton and alarm panel at different locations complete as required.

Supply of conventional type photo electric fire detectors with all accessories like base, box compatible to 02 Zone loop fire detecton and alarm panel complete as required.

Installation, Testing and commissioning of fire detectors at different locations complete as required.

Supply of conventional type hooter/sounder compatible to 02 Zone loop fire detector and alarm panel complete as required.

SH 4 : IST of HT equipments (Item no. 32 to 37) Inspection, Servicing and Testing of Crompton make Vacuum Circuit Breaker (11KV, 800 amps capacity) from the manufacturer from the authorised service dealer of manufacturer. Cost of spares (if required) shall be paid extra by AAI.

Inspection, Servicing and Testing of Kirloskar make SF6 Breaker (33KV, 1250 amp capacity) from the manufacturer from the authorised service dealer of manufacturer. Cost of spares (if required) shall be paid extra by AAI.

Supply and refilling of SF6 Gas in 33 KV circuit breaker per pole i/c testing, rectification of leakage complete as per site requirement.

Inspection, Servicing of ON LOAD TAPCHANGER (OLTC) CTR make type EN16 fitted with 5MVA 33/11 kV kirlosker make transformer from OEM or authorised service center of OEM including inspection and testing of REMOTE TAP CHANGE CIRCUIT (RTCC) Panel complete in all respect as required (Cost of spare, if required shall be paid extra by AAI).

Checking, servicing callibratiion & testing of following protecion relays provided on 33 KV SF6 Breaker panel complete as per site requirement- a) Numerical O/C & Earth fault relays (3 OC + 1 EF) - 04 Nos. b) Master trip relay - 04 Nos. c) Trip Ckt Supervision relay - 04 Nos d) Aux relay for Tx protection - 04 Nos. e) Earth fault relay for Tx neutral - 02 Nos. f) Bulchhoz relay trip/alarm, winding temp. trip/ alarm, oil temp. trip /alarm, OSR trip/ alarm, MOG alarm - 02 set

Checking, servicing, callibration & testing of following protection relays provided on 11 KV VCB Breaker panel complete as per site requirement. a) Numerical O/C & Earth fault relays (3 0C + 1 EF) - 9 Nos b) Master trip relay - 9 Nos c) Trip ckt supervision relay - 9 Nos

SH 5 : Miscellaneous work (Item No. 38 to 45) Pin-pointing the Fault location in 33 KV HT Cables mostly laid out side the airport premises along the tonk road and JLN Marg of size 300 sq. mm by using cable electronic operated fault locator machine etc. as required.

Supplying and making straight through cable jointing with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including ferrules suitable for 300 sqmm size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 33 kV grade as required.

Repairing & Rewinding of upto 10 HP submersible motor including replacement of Motor bush, Oil seal, bearings etc including dismantiling the existing pump, transportation to & fro, re-installation, testing commissioning etc complete as required. (Dismantle copper wire, bushes etc. need not to be returned)

Repairing & Rewinding of 12 HP submersible motor including replacement of Motor bush, Oil seal, bearings etc including dismantiling the existing pump, transportation to & fro, re-installation, testing commissioning etc complete as required. (Dismantle copper wire, bushes etc. need not to be returned)

Lifting & Lowering of 7.5/10/12.5 HP submersible pump upto the depth of 150 meter including arrangement of all required T&P and sundaries etc complete as required.

Rewinding of fan motor of Ceiling Fan/Wall mounted Fan etc with super enamelled copper wire of required grade insulation and Providing & Fixing of brass bushes Including dismantiling the existing fan motor, transportation to & fro, re-installation, testing commissioning etc complete as required.
