Profile of the Bank as per the format given (Annexure-III). Upload duly signed profile of the Bank as per the format given in the letter head of the Bank.

Should have AAA credit rating or equal rating (Rating from CRISIL, ICRA as FITCH ratings shall only be considered). Upload AAA credit rating or equal rating certificate.

Networth : Banks should have a Net worth of Rs.5,000 crores in case of PSBs. Upload self certified copy of the Balance Sheet and relevant Schedule (Audited) for FY 2023-24 or 2024-25 and a self certified copy of the net worth calculation in support of Net worth.

Capital Adequacy Ratio : Capital Adequacy Ratio of the investee bank shall not be less than 12% for PSBs. Upload self certified copy of the Balance Sheet and relevant Schedule (Audited) for FY 2023-24 or 2024-25 and a self certified copy of CAR calculation in support of Capital Adequacy Ratio

Profitability Track Record : Profitability Track Record for PSBs shall have profitability track record of at least 2 years. Upload self certified copy of the Profit and loss account for FY 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25.

Net NPA : Net NPA should be less than 1.00% for PSBs. (As per GO order No. FD 52 TAR 2025 dated : 23-09-2025). Upload self certified copy of the Balance Sheet and relevant Schedule / Note (Audited) for FY 2023-24 or 2024-25 in support of Net NPA
