SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [B/R Works]: Complete removal of existing roof treatment including roughening the surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping, cleaning , washing down with water to remove dust, etc including Material & Labour for brushing cleaned roof surfaces with neat cement slurry @3kg/ Sqm and applying 5mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with and including water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and applying polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) including coating the surface with water based bituminous primer @ 0.5 lit / Sqm and hot blown bitumen @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm at the bottom and another coat at top of the membrane and finally finished with one coat of bituminous aluminium primer at 100 grams/Sqm including sealing all ajoints by thermo fusion with 10cm overlap complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 12mm thick Calcium Silicate False Ceiling at all heights in true horizontal level made out of Calcium Silicate Tiles of size 595 X 595 mm, having integral densified reinforced edges all around of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre of approved texture, design and patterns, suspended on the exposed metal frame ceiling grid of 600mm x 600mm size and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer and other surface with alkali resistant primer including aluminium anodised snap grid frame work of suitable size of sections suspended with ceiling hangers of GI 6mm dia 1200 mm long adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion dash through hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long including dismantling of old ceiling board / insulation board / slabs of any thickness including cover fillets / snap grid complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cutting / Chipping the spalled loose concrete of Slabs, Beams, Columns, Fins, Facias, Parapets & Chajjas etc. and trimming, cleaning the rust from reinforcement by sand brushing, scrubing down concrete surfaces with wire brushes, cleaning with water allowed to dry and applying a layer of zinc rich epoxy primer as antirust on all exposed reinforcement followed by a layer of bonding coat on complete exposed surfaces of concrete and providing pressure Guniting average 25mm thick in CM 1:3 at a pressure of not less than 6 KG / Sqcmin two layers mixed with polycrete admixture @ 2% by weight of cement as per manufacturers instructions over and including steel welded mesh 2mm dia and 75mm aperture duly welded and finally applying cement plaster over gunite surface 15mm thick in CM 1:4 to match with existing surfaces including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and removal of the same on completion and disposal of demolished materials / debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on ceiling surfaces including preparation of old decorated surfaces by brroming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke, moulds and efflorescent salts, oil and greay spots and applying two coats of white wash complete all as spcified and directed.

M & L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction anti-termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion CHLOROPYRIFOS 20 EC at 1% concentration at 2.25 litres per linear running metre including drilling and plugging holes with cement mortar (1:2) to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) 1000 litres capacity, triple layered, and connecting incoming and outgoing pipes, hoisted and fixed in position including 20mm dia PTMT ball valve including taking down old tank complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 160mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls/ceiling or laid in floors including taking down old pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering in two layers comprises of 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished with 5mm thick in CM 1:4 duly mixed with and including cement water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and directed.

S & F sheet metal enclosure with single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one MCB, SP, 20 Amps, 240 volts, 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for removing existing rusted DB / steel DB covers of any size and description after dressing the cable of any size and securing it properly including filling the cavity / blank space with brick masonry and cement mortar in 1:3 and applying two coats of distemper over a coat of primer over suitable wall care putty to match with adjoining surfaces and fixing new/existing DB as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. [Note: New DB if required shall be measured and paid seperately]

Supply and Laying LT XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty, electric power cables of size 3.5 core 50 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade, with aluminium conductor laid in trenches / passing through pipe / duct / fixed on walls including taking down old cable complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing ceiling fan of any type and sweep from any position and refixing the same in original position after necessary over hauling / servicing, cleaning for dust, grease and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (spray painting) of existing colour complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for rewinding of ceiling fan upto 1400mm sweep by strip opening and winding with suitable gauge heavy duty super enamelled copper wire including all insulation materials, varnishing, heating, greasing, cutting & removing old burnt out winding complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down existing Exhaust fan of any type and sweep from any position and refixing the same in original position after necessary over hauling / servicing, cleaning for dust, grease and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (spray painting) of existing colour complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for rewinding of Exhaust fan upto 3800mm sweep by strip opening and winding with suitable gauge heavy duty super enamelled copper wire including all insulation materials, varnishing, heating, greasing, cutting & removing old burnt out winding complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with Galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL connected with galvanised earth wire 4.0mm dia as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of Galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on ompletion and as directed. [Note: The unit rate shall be deemed to include for excavation & earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, MS angle iron frame 40x40x6mm, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover 40mm thick with 8mm dia steel reinforcement bars at 150mm c/c both ways, MS handle 12mm dia, CI funnel and wire mesh, GI watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade for watering, GI protection pipe light grade 15mm dia, earthing lead upto 7.5m including providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15cm compacted thickness all around the electrode complete all as specified in preambles of SSR Part-II and as shown in plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I.]

S & F Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for laying 40mm dia GI pipe light grade laid in trenches or fixing on walls / poles as in cable protection including sealing both ends complete all as directed

S & F in repair Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles or porcelain blocks of 10mm thick spaced at 1.0m centre to centre including making grooves and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as directed

S & F Test terminal box of size 200x100x100mm made out of 2mm thick hot dip galvanised sheet drilled and screwed including 6 Nos 15mm long hexagonal head screwed with test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as directed

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and depth for foundations, laying of cables, pipe etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.)

Removing excavated material /soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Sand filling in trenches using dry river sand as cushioning to under ground cable including spreading, levelling and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. [Note: Punned thickness of sand shall only be measured.]

M & L for laying sub class 'B' bricks of old size 230mm x 115mm x 75mm for cable protection laid across alignment of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for laying 50mm dia GI pipe light grade laid in trenches or fixing on walls / poles as in cable protection including sealing both ends complete all as directed

M & L for cutting existing road / hard standing for laying of UG cables including making good the disturbed road surfaces in PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed
