Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry type C1, 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing precast cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in window or door cills, lintels, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc and setting in cement mortar 1:4 with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of cement based paint on newly plastered surface over a coat of alkali resistant primer including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast reinforced cement concrete of type B1 (1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in covers for drain set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
