Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto all leads and lifts in pick work, jumper work, blasting work soft rock and hard rock including chiselling wedging and any other mixed variety in dry or saturated conditions upto breaking with breaker any depth and lift including pumping and bailing out water where required including stacking the serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as directed and then returning the stacked soil in fifteen centimeters layers when required into plinth and sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus un-serviceable excavated earth through all modes of transportation. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. The work shall be done as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts, disposed materials to be neatly levelled including other incidentals. .The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavation in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and other intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required lines, grades width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the MORD technical specification clause 1603.1, 1603.2 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of un-useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus un-useful material to acquired width of the road or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animals transport or mechanical means alongwith its leveling fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and/or labour if required. Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, Breasts walls,culvrts, drains, Parapets, Etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rocks, chiseling/wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and technical specification clause 305.1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto all leads and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (One hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etcetera in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work soft rock and hard rock including chiselling wedging and any other mixed variety in dry or saturated conditions upto any depth and lift including pumping and bailing out water where required including stacking the serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as directed and then returning the stacked soil in fifteen centimeters layers when required into plinth and sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus un-serviceable excavated earth within all leads and lifts as per directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts, disposed materials to be neatly dressed and levelled including other incidentals. Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering ramming consolidating and dressing complete including entire carriage of material with in all leads lifts and technical specifications as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with mild steel plates 3.15 mm (three point one five millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into thirty into five millimetre) size so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping and centring etc etera with wooden battens and ballies in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 (four) meters and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of material with in all leads lifts and technical specifications as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

In foundation,footings bases of columns etcetera and mass concrete.

In flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floor upto any thickness upto all floor levels.

In columns, pillars posts and struts square rectangular or polygonal in plan.
