Horizontal pumping unit-II of 10 cusec 12 m head: - repairs Dismantling of suction system which includes 300mm NB M.S. pipe, foot valves, bends etc and extraction of foot valve and suction pipe from water body/ sump.

Dismantling of horizontal pumping unit from base frame by way of dismembering of induction motor from pump and other required mechanical operations.

Loading of pumping unit in a private vehicle, shifting to private workshop for necessary repairs and replacements of mechanical items.

Disassembling of horizontal pumping unit in a private workshop for assessing faults and damages.

Manufacturing, Providing, fitting and testing of stainless-steel shaft of required size (as per sample) manufactured out from stainless steel SS-410.

Providing and fitting of ball bearings of size 6412 (2 No.) , 51317 to both driving end and non-driving end of pumping unit after removing and extracting old damaged bearings from bearing hubs. The job includes complete greasing of the bearings.

Providing, Fitting, Aligning and testing of tyre type flexible coupling set/ assembly TC-016 complete in all respects with nut bolts and rubber bushes/ tyre type after removing old damaged ones.

Manufacturing, Providing and fitting of impeller neck rings as per sample manufactured out of gun metal/ bronze metal.

Repairing of impeller vanes by Way of brazing of impeller, complete to remove cuts, pits and scratches and then finishing of lathe.

Providing and fitting of palmattive packing

Assembling of pumping units complete testing on no load at private workshop, shifting back to site installation testing successfully.

Other items Dismantling of M.S. 300mm dia. foot valve at site shifting to private workshop for urgent repairs, dismantling of same at workshop, repairing of damaged flape/ hinges and strainer (complete) by required welding. Providing and fitting of rubber gaskets (washer) and nut bolts etc. shifting back to site in a private vehicle, installation testing successfully.

Disconnecting of 100 HP manually operated handle type star delta starter from circuit after disconnecting the power supply removing of old damaged copper contact points and providing and fitting of new copper contact points both moving and stationary upper and lower complete. Also includes providing and fitting of trip coil as per requirement. The job also includes providing and filling of fresh T. oil of 3 liters connecting with circuit testing on no and full load successfully.

Repairing of suction pipe of dia 300 mm by required welding process. The job includes repair of flanges by welding and providing and fitting of nut bolts and gaskets complete.

Repairing of 150kVA voltage stabilizer by way of disconnecting from circuit, shifting to private workshop for necessary repairs. Dismetalling of same at workshop for assessing faults/damages.

Providing and fitting of L.T. bush rods

Providing and fitting of laminated bakellite sheet of size 200mm×600mm×12mm

Repairing of voltage regulator assembly of size 300mm×300mm by way of complete replacement of copper contact points after removing and extraction of old damaged ones.

Assembling of voltage stabilizer testing on no load shifting back to site installation, testing successfully.
