Repair to potholes of depth exc 30cm not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed, macadam, binder & chippings) complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out soft/loose complete all as specified and as directed.

Add to (or deduct from) item No 02 above for every 3cm or part there of above or below 15cm average depth.

Rolling and Consolidating formation surfaces in cutting by using power roller exc 8 tonne & n.exc 12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Soling (or sub base) spread thickness 150mm with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150 MM thick (75mm, thick each in two layers) (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to40mm size)or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), quartzite spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Item No 4,5 & 6:- Wherever width of road is restricted and power roller can't use then the compaction to be done using vibrating roller not less than 3.0 tonne.

Preparing Unsurfced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. swe- eping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumious primer of paving bitumen content (VG-10) @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm of cleaned dry surface by a self propelled or bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the tack coat uniformlyr complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for premix bituminous macadam laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with Paving bitumen VG-10 blinder content of 4% by weight of total mix (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.( Green/Yellow/Red colour)complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PAMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height above graund and 200mm below ground duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and as directed. S&F in repair 110 mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in ground/ foot path for rainwater drainage as rain water pipe and similar work including taking down old existing pipe complete all as sepcified and directed.

M&L for Concrete in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 bed to drain pipes including packing under for PVC pipe of dia 110mm and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.
