Material and labour for taking out Raw sewage sump motor and Monoblock centrifugal pump set 10 HP (Qty-03 Nos) from Sump of STP No. 1 area by draining out the sump using external mechanical force and taking out the motor manually after the sump fully drain out by removing each flange joint and keeping nut and bolts aside, including transporting of raw sewage motor to local repair shop and rewinding of motor 10 HP (Qty-01 No) using copper wireof same size and replacement of faulty items of centrifugal pump i.e, pump shaft-01 No, impleller 01 Nos middle distance bearing etc and replacement of rusted & leaked GI pipes (4") 8 RM outside the sump and refixing GI pipes flange properly including (Bends-01 Nos) providing gasket at joints, Rewinding of Air blower motor 10 HP (Qty-01 No) using copper wire of same size and servicing of air blower motor 10 HP (Qty-01 No,) Replacing the PVC air pipe in sewage collection sump (Qty-20 RM), cleaning of MBBRE and Sewage Collection tank by scrubbing the wall, desluding the tank after draining water by mean of some external mechanical force i.e pump etc, leaning the surface by chlorine, Servicing, cleaning of filter chamber plate, chlorine motor and tank, Painting of pipes, filter plant and filter chamber plate with smooth surface finishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
