Earth work excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil within 50 m initial lead & 1.5 m initial lift including rough dressing & breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm & laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 m in depth & as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers not exceeding 23cum (9") thick including watering and ramming with the cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour, T & P required for the Work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement Concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm (3/2") size clean hard black broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm(6") thick to the required level ramming watering and curring etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with all taxes and royalities and all labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with Fly Ash Bricks 25 cm x 12 cm x 8 cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Cm2 with dimensional tolerance +/- 8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation & Plinth etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying RCC M-20 grade using 20 mm and downgraded size hard black broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concerete and compacting by using vibrators watering and curring for 4 weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves of beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all material and labour required for the work etc. complete excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. Rod or steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 guage and labour charges for straightening, cutting etc of the M.S. rods or tor steel and tying grills and placing in proper position as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. work with minimum compressivee strength in work test of 150kg/cm2 in 15cm cum cubes at 28 days cost and conveyance of M.S. Rod or steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 guage and labour charges for straightening, cutting etc of the M.S. rods or tor steel and tying grills and placing in proper position as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
