Detailed Designing, Engineering, Procurement and Construction of Earth Work (Cutting & Filling), Pavements for Runway, Shoulders, Over Run, Basic Strips (Runway & Taxiway), Turning Pads, 2 Nos. Link Taxiways, Taxiway Shoulders, Apron, Apron Shoulders, RESA, Isolation Bay & Link Taxi with Shoulders, PTT, Fillets, Fire Station (Civil & Electrical), Motor Transport pool & Workshop (Civil & Electrical), DVOR Building (Civil & Electrical), Operational (security) & Property Boundary Walls, Underground Tanks, Cooling Pit, Fire Training Pit, Localizer Hut (Frangible), Glide Path Hut (frangible), Security Gates, Met Farm Platform, ARP, Wind Sock, GSE Parking Area, Security Watch Towers, Perimeter & Other Roads connecting to various installations forming part of this scope, Access Roads, Drainage System including culverts, Related Retaining Structures, Wall to Wall Grading, Technical Evaluation after construction of Pavements, Pavement Markings and Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of E&M Systems for operational area including all ancillary buildings, Airfield Ground Lighting System (AGL) systems comprising of Runway edge lighting system , Runway end light system, Threshold lighting system, Apron Flood Lighting System, Turnpad Lighting System, Runway Centre line System, ALCMS, Illuminated DIGMS, Illuminated signage ,PAPIs, Approach lighting system for both approaches(CAT- 1 for main & SAPL for secondary) etc, Construction of AGL Substations i/c CCR halls, SITC of Sub Station Equipment ,DG sets and associated system i/c air conditioning for CCR halls and other installation, Power Monitoring and Control System etc., Taxiway & Apron edge Lighting System, Perimeter Lighting System, Runway Guard Lights, Stop Bar Lighting System, Illuminated Signages & DTGMs, Isolation Bay edge lighting and flood lighting system, Visual Aids for Navigation and Bird Hazard Reduction System etc. for Greenfield Airport, Hirasar, Rajkot as per Master plan, Specifications, Codes & Practices contained in the Tender Document. The design of facilities shall confirm to standard specified by ICAO, DGCA, AAI, MORTH, IRC, NBC,CPWD,IS etc. wherever required and in conformity with ATM/CNS/IMD regulations regarding permissible heights, locations requirements etc. i/c all other works covered under Scope of work and meeting all relevant statutory requirements complete as required.

Operation and Maintenance of all E&M installations covered at Sr. No 1 above, during first year of Defect Liability Period.
