Reactive Maintenance(Initial Rectification Work)

55.4:Supplying and stacking 36mm size hard broken stone in standard heaps for measurement.

55.8.a:Filling up pot holes (cut and formed to regular shapes and all loose and defective materials removed) after supplying a prime coat of hot bitumen using 36mm departmental broken stone and compacting with power roller to get a compact surface.

5.2.a:Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion( RS) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 - 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

OD135198/2025-2026:Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded premix surfacing material of 20 mm thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.9 mm (Type-A) or 13.2 mm to 0.9 mm (Type-B) aggregates using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10 kN static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 509

OD135196/2025-2026:Providing and fixing RC work board with non reflectorized vinyl sign with 1 year warranty manufactured vinyl printed sheeting fixed over aluminium sheeting 2mm thick/ aluminium composite material 4mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm, with suitable back supporting frame of MS angle 40x40x6 and supported on GI pipe pole 50mm NB confirming to IS 1239 firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete with min size 45cmX45cmX60cm, 60 cm below ground level including painting all exposed surface with 2 coats of epoxy paint over epoxy primer and as per approved drawing and clause 801 including lettering symbols etc

OD135197/2025-2026:Removing the old existing vinyl sticker on the display board running contract and replacing vinyl sticker,including lettering ,symbols and transporting to site as per approved drawing and direction of site engineer

2.3.2.A:Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness In area of light jungle - By Mechanical Means

2.1.2:Cutting of trees, including cutting of trunks, branches and removal of stumps, roots, stacking of serviceable material with all lifts and up to a lead of 1000 metres and earth filling in the depression/pit. Girth from 600 mm to 900 mm

Proactive / preventive maintenance

OD135194/2025-2026:Conducting and reporting routine inspections for the entire length of the project road at frequently of 7 days through out the agreement period of contract as directed by the departmental officers at site

3.6:Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m

12.4:Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

12.8.B:Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications PCC Grade M20 (Without formwork)
